产品概述introduction
GTX型角行程气动活塞执行机构为双活塞驱动、齿轮齿条传动的气动执行机构，具有体积小、输出力矩大、工作平衡和寿命长的优点。
可与各种角行程阀配套并可安装电磁阀、限位开关、阀门定位器等实现二位和比例控制。

主要性能Mainspecification
1.气源：
过滤、干燥或加油润滑的洁净空气，最小压力0.25MPa，最大压力1MPa。

2.特殊处理的内表面保证最小摩擦及长久寿命。
2.Internalsurfaceprocessedbyspecialtreatmenttoinsureleastfrictionandlongservicelife.
3.用低摩擦材料做成的滑动轴承，避免了金属与金属的直接接触，便于维修。
3.Slidingbearingproducedbylowfrictionmaterialmakesurethatthereisnoactualmetaltometalcontactandiseasytomaintain.
4.底部轴装配孔成双四方形以便带方杆的阀线性或45°转角安装。

5.供气孔符合NAMUR标准或带符合NAMUR标准的转接板。

上图的示意图表明，双作用执行机构的扭矩值在整个行程过程中始终保持恒定。

用户可根据其具体要求，参考以下内容选定合适的执行机构型号：
Customerscanchoosesuitableactuatoraccordingtospecificrequireswiththehelpofthefollowingsteps:
1、明确所操作阀门的最大扭矩值。
Specificthemaxtorqueforoperatingthevalve.
2、扭矩值加大25%-50%的设定安全系数。
（具体视阀门类型及加工工艺）
Additionaltorqueof25%-50%oftheoperatingtorquemustbetakenasasafetyfactor.（theadditionaltorquemustbefixedaccordingthevalvetypeandtheprocessingtechnology）
3、根据提供的扭矩值，参阅扭矩表及相应的气压值，得到的扭矩值应等于或超出所提供的扭矩值。
Accordingtothetorquesupplied,youcangetatorquewiththehelpofthetorquelistandthecorrespondingairpressure.Thetorquemustbeequalorbigthanthetorquesupplied.
4、扭矩值确定下来后，查找相应的型号即可。

上图的示意图表明,弹簧复位式执行机构的扭矩不是恒定不变的而逐渐降低的。
主要原因在于弹簧在空气行程阶段因
活塞运动而被压缩,同时积累在运动转换过程中以不断递减的方式获得的能量。
