一、用途Application
铝绞线和钢芯铝绞线具有结构简单、架设和维护方便、线路造价低、传输容量大、又利于跨越江河和山谷等特殊地理条件的敷设等特点，因此该产品广泛应用于各种电压等级的输配电线路中。
AACandACSRhavebeenwidelyusedinpowertransmissionlineswithvariousvoltagelevels,sincetheyhavesuchgoodcharacteristicsassimplestructure,convenientinstallationandmaintenance,lowcostfortheline,largetransmissioncapacityandarealsosuitableforlayingacrossriversandvalleyswherespecialgeographicalfeaturesexist.
二、型号Type
1、铝绞线的型号Typeofthealuminumstrandedconductor（AAC）:
JL
2、普通型钢芯铝绞线的型号TypeofthecommonACSR：
JL/G1A、JL/G1B
3、高强度钢芯铝绞线的型号Typeofthehigh-strengthenedACSR：
JL/G2A、JL/G2B
4、特高强度级钢芯铝绞线的型号Typeofthesuper-high-strengthenedACSR:
JL/G3A
5、防腐型钢芯铝绞线的型号Typeoftheanti-corrosionACSR：
JL/G1AF、JL/G2AF、JL/G3AF
三、规格Specification
1、铝绞线和钢芯铝绞线的规格用相当于硬圆铝线的导电截面积的规格表示。
面积单位为mm2。

四、产品性能ProductPerformance
1、铝绞线和钢芯铝绞线的电性能以其20℃时的千米直流电阻表示。
绞线所用硬铝线的电阻率不大于国际通用标准值28.264nΩ·m。

2、铝绞线的额定抗拉力以组成铝绞线的所有铝线的截面积总和与铝线标准规定的相应规格最小抗拉强度的乘积表示。
TheratedtensilestrengthofAACisdenotedwiththeresultoftotalcross-sectionofallaluminumconductorsmultipliedbymin.tensilestrengthofcorrespondingsizespecifiedinthestandardforaluminumwire.
3、钢芯铝绞线的额定抗拉力以组成钢芯铝绞线的铝部抗拉力与钢部抗拉力之和表示。
TheratedtensilestrengthofACSRisdenotedwiththesumofallaluminumconductors’tensilestrengthandsteel’stensilestrength.
a铝部抗拉力以铝线截面积总和与铝线标准规定的相应规格的最小抗拉强度的乘积表示。
Thetensilestrengthofallaluminumconductorsisdenotedwiththeresultofallcross-sectionsofaluminumconductorsmultipliedbymin.tensilestrengthofcorrespondingsizespecifiedinthestandardforaluminumwire.
b钢部抗拉力以钢线截面积总和与钢线标准规定的相应规格的伸长1％时应力的乘积表示。
Thetensilestrengthofallsteelwiresisdenotedwiththeresultofallcross-sectionsofsteelwiresmultipliedbystressat1%elongationofcorrespondingsizespecifiedinthestandardforsteelwire.

五、材料标准MaterialStandard
1、铝绞线和钢芯铝绞线用硬铝线执行GB/T17048-1997标准（等效采用IEC60889：
1987标准）。

2、钢线用镀锌钢丝执行IEC60888：
1987标准。

3、根据用户需要，可按用户提出的材料标准和要求组织生产。
