联合培养博士研究生协议书

AgreementofJointTrainingforDoctoralStudents

（博士生导师用）

（UseforDoctoralSupervisor）

本协议书由以下两方签署完成。

甲方为河北工业大学联合培养博士的导师，乙方为联合培养博士接收方的导师。

ThisAgreementiscompletedbythesignaturesofbothparties.PartyAisthedoctoralsupervisorofsendingdoctoralstudentsinHebeiUniversityofTechnology,andPartyBisthedoctoralsupervisorofjointtrainingforreceivingdoctoralstudents.

甲方：

为加强高校之间的合作交流，增强学生的培养质量，甲乙双方共同开展联合培养博士研究生工作，甲方每年向乙方派出1-3名联合培养博士生。

Inordertostrengthencooperationandcommunicationbetweenuniversitiesandcolleges,andenhancetrainingqualityofstudents,thebothpartiesshallworktogethertoconductthejointtrainingprogramfordoctoralstudents,inwhichPartyAshallsend1to3doctoralstudentsforthisjointtrainingprogramtoPartyB.

1、甲乙双方共同制定联合培养博士培养方案并对联合培养博士进行培养，联合培养博士要在规定的时间内完成相应的考核；

1.Thebothpartiesshallmakethetrainingprogramofjointtrainingfordoctoralstudentsandconducttrainingforthedoctoralstudents,andthedoctoralstudentsshallcompletethecorrespondingassessmentswithinthestipulatedtime;

2、乙方需为联合培养博士提供学习研究必要的实验条件、设备、研究费用等；

2.PartyBneedstoprovidethenecessaryexperimentalconditions,equipment,researchexpenditureandothersforstudyingandresearchingofthedoctoralstudentsinthejointtraining;

3、联合培养期间，联合培养博士应在乙方指导下开展各项学习及研究工作并定期向甲方汇报学业完成情况；

3.Duringtheperiodofthejointtraining,thedoctoralstudentsshallcarryoutallkindsofstudiesandresearcheswiththeguidanceofPartyBandreportregularlythesituationofeducationtoPartyA;

4、联合培养博士的学籍仍保留在河北工业大学，仍享受河北工业大学所提供的奖助学金；

4.ThestudentstatusofthedoctoralstudentsinthisjointtrainingprogramshallbekeptbyHebeiUniversityofTechnology,whostillhaverightstoenjoythescholarshipprovidedbyHebeiUniversityofTechnology;

5、河北工业大学负责联合培养博士的论文答辩、学位授予、毕业派遣工作；

5.HebeiUniversityofTechnologyshallberesponsibleforthesisdefense,degreegrantingandgraduationdispatchforthedoctoralstudentsinthejointtraining;

6、联合培养博士须遵守乙方所在单位的各项规章制度，认真学习和掌握相关安全操作规程。

由于违反规章制度产生的一切后果与经济损失将由联合培养博士负责，如后果已触犯法律，则将依法处理；

6.ThedoctoralstudentsmustobeyallrelatedrulesandregulationsinPartB,studycarefullyandgrasptherelatedsafetyoperationprocedures.Thedoctoralstudentsshallberesponsibleforallconsequencesandeconomiclossesarisingfromviolationofrulesandregulations.Iftheybreachthelaw,itshallbehandledbyrelatedgovernmentsectors.

7、发表、公开与获得资助有关的论文、研究项目或者科研成果时，应注明“本项目/成果/论文得到河北工业大学联合培养博士研究生项目资助（英文缩写为SponsoredbyJointDoctoralTrainingFoundationofHEBUT）”

7.Whenpublishingpapers,researchprojectsorscientificresearchachievementsthataresupportedbythefundingprogram,itshallstatetheinformationof“thisproject/achievement/paperhasbeensponsoredbyJointDoctoralTrainingFoundationofHEBUT”;

8、联合培养博士在乙方所在单位做论文期间涉及的保密工作，必须遵守乙方所在单位的保密规定。

如有泄密，乙方有权追查联合培养博士责任。

8.FortheconfidentialworkduringtheperiodofwritingpapersinPartyB,thedoctoralstudentsmustabidebyallconfidentialityprovisionsofPartyB.Ifanybetrayalofconfidence,PartyBhastherighttotrackdowntheresponsibilityofthedoctoralstudents;

9.其它未尽事宜，由甲乙双方协商解决。

9.Anyunsettledissuesshallbesettledbythetwopartiesthroughconsultation.

本协议一式二份，自签订之日起三年内有效，甲、乙双方各执一份，如果因故中止或变动，需双方协商同意。

ThisAgreementismadeinduplicateandshallbeeffectivewithinthreeyearsfromthedatesignedbythebothparties,andeachpartyholdsonecopy.Incaseofterminationoralteration,itshallbeapprovedbythetwoparties’consensus.
