5Productionprocesscontrol

5.1PCBCleaning

5.1.1TheFR-4PCBwithVacuumpackagecanbeputinusedirectly.

5.1.2ForthoseFR4PCBthathaspassedSMTstationfirst,theoperatorneedstouserubbertocleanthebondingareajustastheworkinginstructionrequest.

5.1.3Baseontherequirementnotedineachmodel’sworkinginstruction,theoperatorneedusetheauto-wipingmachinetocleanupthefilmcoveredonthebondingareaoftheFR1PCB.

5.1.4Aftercleaningjobwasfinished,putthePCBintotheturnoverboxandflowtonextstation.

5.1.5IPQCshoulddofirstproductsinspectiontoverifythePCBcleaningeffectsafterPCBwascleaned.Eachtimesampling1PCSforeachmodeltocheckwhetherthegoldenfingerinPCBbondingareawascleanenoughandrecordthecheckingresultsin<

5.2.1OperatorconfirmsthePCBandDie’stypeandmakesureitisconsistentwiththeworkinginstruction,thenputitintoproperaluminumboxpiecebypiece;

usevacuumpentofetchthedieandplaceitonthegluewithproperdirection.Alltheactionsshouldbeproceedaccordingtotheworkinginstruction.

5.2.2OperatorneedfilltheD/Adate,shiftNO,quantityandICLotNo.inthetracesheetafterfinishproducingabouttwentyboxesPCB,andwithsignaturesaswell.PRODshouldkeepthetracesheetforthreemonths.

5.3Curing

5.3.1ThePCBwithattachedDiceneedstobesenttotherelevantstovetocuringorplacesittotheappointedareawaitingforcuringnaturally.

5.3.2IPQCsamplingcheck

Accordingtothecheckingitemsnotedineachmodel’sworkinginstruction,IPQCdocosmeticinspectionforthosePCBwhichwasfinishedD/Aandreadytocuringonetimeeachday,eachtimesampling1PCBforeachmodel,checkingwhethertheIC’stypewasrightandICwasinsmoothpositionwithrightdirection,makingsuretherearenocosmeticobjectionssuchasbroken,notch,foreignmaterialandsoon.RecordthecheckingresultsinIPQCSamplingCheckingRecordProcessControlP-Chart,keeptherecordsforoneyear.Ifthereareanyproblems,IPQCneedissuetheDefectsImprovementNoticeandrequeststherelevantdeptanalysistherootcauseanddoanyimproveactions.IPQCwillfollowandconfirmtheimproveeffect.ForNewmodeltrialrun,IPQConlyneedfill<

5.4WireBonding

5.4.1TheoperatorshouldverifytheCOBpartsandthebondingprogramandtheworkinginstructionisconsistentwitheachother,andcanbegintoworkafterallwasconfirmedOK.FollowingtherequirementslistedintheworkinginstructionandCOBcurrentInspectionStandard,theproductionoperatorneedtodofunctiontestandcosmeticinspectionforallproducts,fillthecheckingresultsintheSingleInspectingRecordsheetaswell.

5.4.2Operatorneedfillthetracesheet,recordtheMachineNo.,quantity,DateandtheoperatorafterfinishedproducingabouttwentyboxesPCB

5.4.3Forthosedefectsthatfailedforrepairingbyoperatorshouldbelabeledandsenttotherepairmanforrepairing.

5.4.4Stopproductionwhentherearedefectsoverthelimit,andinformPRODsuperviseandPEtechnicianintime.Theproductionlineleadershouldissuethe<
