3、Ithasbeenproposedbymanysagesthat,otherthingsbeingequal,thehappiestpersonisonewholivesinclosest,fullestharmonywithnature.
4、Thiscanbeachievedbymodulatinggroundandstructuralformswiththoseofnature,bybringinghills,ravines,sunlight,water,plants,andairintoourareasofplanningconcentration,andbythoughtfullyandsympatheticallyspacingourstructuresamongthehills,alongtheriversandvalleys,andoutintothelandscape.
