PresumptionandRestrictiveConditions

1.Theentrustingpartyobtainedtheappraisedobjectlegallyandtheappraisedobjectisinsoundconditionattheappraisaltimeandisusedlegally,safelyandnormallyatitsoptimalstatus.

2.Therealestatemarketattheappraisaltimeoperatespublicly,equallyandvoluntarily.

3.Anyoperationmodeandprocedurerelatingtotheappraisedobjectshallcomplywiththerelevantnationalandlocallawsandregulations.
