一、培养目标
Ⅰ.EducationalObjectives
培养具有良好素质的能适应我国卫生事业发展需要的医药卫生管理专门人才，这种素质确保其毕业后能够从事卫生管理、医院管理、卫生解决分析和评价等工作，保证他们有适当的基础能够进行终身学习和在医药卫生管理领域内进一步深造。
Thisprogramaimsatcultivatingthespecializedpersonnelofgoodqualityinthemanagementofclinicalmedicineandpublichealthwhocanadapttotheneedsofthedevelopmentofpublichealthinourcountry.Thiskindofqualityguaranteesthatthey,aftergraduation,willbeabletobeengagedinhealthmanagement,hospitaladministration,healthanalysis-solutionandappraisal,andsoonandguaranteesthattheyhavetheproperfoundationtocarryonlifelonglearningandadvancedstudiesinmedicineandhealthmanagement.
二、基本规格要求
II．Basicstandardrequired
本专业学生应掌握医学的基础理论、基本知识；掌握卫生管理学的基础理论、基本知识和基本技能；具有利用行为科学、社会科学的研究方法开展科学管理和科学研究的能力。
毕业生应获得以下的态度、知识和技能：
Studentsofthisspecialtyshouldmasterthebasictheoryandknowledgeinclinicalmedicineandthebasictheories,knowledge,andskillsinthescienceofhealthmanagement;thestudentsshouldalsohavetheabilityofdevelopingscientificmanagementandthescientificresearchbyusingtheresearchtechniquesofbehavioralscienceandsocialscience.
Graduatesshouldacquirethefollowingattitude,knowledgeandskills:

知识目标
1.掌握基础医学、临床医学和公共卫生与预防医学的基础理论和基本知识。
2.熟悉我国卫生事业发展的基本方针、政策，了解卫生系统基本状况、主要特点和发展趋势，以适应卫生系统改革的需要。
3.掌握现代管理学以及卫生管理、卫生经济、医院管理的基础理论，了解各学科的新进展。
4.掌握法学基础理论和基本知识，熟悉我国基本法律制度和医疗卫生领域的相关法律、法规，了解其新进展，能指导未来的卫生管理工作。
5.掌握卫生诉讼与卫生监督的基础理论，并能指导诉讼与监督实践工作。
6.掌握医疗机构管理的相关法律知识，重点掌握医事侵权的基础理论，熟悉医疗事故认定的标准与原那么，能指导具体实践工作。

2.Getfamiliarwithbasicguidelinesandpolicyforthedevelopmentofpublichealthinourcountry,knowthebasicconditionsofhealthsystem,maincharacteristicsanddevelopmenttrend.
3.Understandthebasicstatus,themaincharacteristicsandthedevelopmenttendencyinhealthsystemsoastomeettheneedofreforminhealthsystem.
4.Mastertheelementarytheoryoflawandbasicknowledge,knowwellChina’sbasiclawsandregulations,especiallythelawsandregulationsabouthealth,knowtheadvancesinhealthlegislationandusetheacquiredknowledgetodirectthefuturehealthmanagementwork.
5.Masterthebasictheoryofhealthlitigationandhealthsupervision,andcanusetheseknowledgeinpracticeofhealthlitigationandsupervision.
6.Mastertheknowledgeofhealthfacilitiesmanagement,especiallythebasictheoryofmedicaltort,knowwellthejudgmentstandardsandprinciplesofmedicalmalpractices,andcanusetheseknowledgetodirectpractice.

1.掌握公文写作和科技写作等相关知识，具有熟练地进行日常公文处理的能力。
2.掌握常用办公设备的操作和办公软件的应用，具有熟练地进行办公室日常工作的能力。
3.具有利用卫生统计的方法和统计软件，熟练进行数据资料统计分析的能力。
4.具备运用医事法学理论与方法指导医疗卫生管理的能力。
5.熟悉卫生监督的基本程序，具备规X书写卫生监督文书的能力。
6.熟悉卫生诉讼的基本程序，具备规X书写相关诉讼法律文书的能力。
7.熟悉医疗事故处理的基本程序，具备依法处理医患纠纷的能力。
8.具有较好的科学管理思维、组织协调、沟通交流与表达的能力。
9.掌握一门外语,具有较强的交流和阅读能力。
