6.TheconceptofEmotionalIntelligence(EQorEI)wasfirstdefinedbyPeterSaloveyandJohnMayer,butitbecame1popularafterDanielGolemanpublishedhisbest-sellerEmotionalIntelligencein1995.A2ofemotionalintelligenceis“knowinghowyouandothersfeelandwhattodoaboutit”.
