Abstract
China'surbanviaductintheconstructionboom,itisnecessarytoreflectonthecityviaductconstruction"overheating"onthecity'straffic,economicandenvironmentalaspectsofthenegativeimpact.Thispaperanalyzesthenegativeimpactofbuildingviaductsathomeandabroad,andrevealsthenecessityofdemolitionofviaducts.Thispaperintroducesthetechnicalmeansandthemethodofriskpreventionandcontrol.Andfromthepositiveandnegativeaspectsoftheprojectcase,thedemolitionoftheviaductdemolitionprocessproblemsandengineeringexperiencetosummarize,hopethatthroughscientificplanningtoleadtheviaductunderthenegativeuseofnegativespacetoincreaseenvironmentalprotectionmeasurestoencourageandactivelyguidethepublicparticipationAndothermeanstoactivelyrespondtothenegativeimpactofurbanviaduct.

Introduction
Urbanroadtrafficsysteminthecaseofroughlydetermined,thecity'slandresourcesareextremelylimited,thecityviaductinthecity'sexistingplanningpatterncanbemoreeffectiveuseofurbanspace.Butasapartoftheurbanroadthree-dimensionalcrosssystem,obviouslyviaductandCannotplaythefullrole.Andinmostofourcitieshavebuiltviaductsdidnotfundamentallyimprovethetrafficconditions,acompleteurbantransportsystemnotonlyrelyononeortwoviaductscanberesolved,andsomeviaductsonlybeneficialtothecar,butcausedthepedestrianandpublicTrafficinconvenience,whichisclearlywiththeimprovementoftheoriginalsituationoftrafficintheoppositedirection,wecansee,viaductexpensive,ifnottheformationofeffectivecapacityandservicelevel,willresultinveryscientificandreasonable,veryeconomical

A.Negativeeffectsofurbanviaducts
Theenvironmentalimpactofurbanviaductsismainlymanifestedinnoise,dust,tailgas,lighting,vibrationandsoon.
(1)noisepollution.Viaductishigherthantheground,thetrafficnoisehasalargeintensity,awiderangeofeffects,dayandnightchangesarenotobvious,thenightisveryseriouscharacteristics,especiallyontheviaductabovethegreaterimpactonthefloor.
