顶罩冲压模设计
本次毕业论文设计的题目为顶罩冲压模设计。
首先对冲压进行了工艺性的分析,确定冲压工艺方案,选择了冲压模结构;
然后进行了排样的设计,确定压力机,计算凹凸模间隙并确定刃口尺寸;
最后进行冲压模零件结构设计与计算。
此零件在结构、精度、粗糙度等指标上都满足要求,模具的类型为复合模,送料方式采用自动送料,卸料方式为弹性卸料方式,横向定位装置为导料板(不用侧压装置),纵向定位装置为固定挡料销,导向方式采用中间导柱,算的材料利用率为75.2%,根据零件尺寸,以及之前算的各个部分的基本数据,得出排样使用直排方式,总的冲裁力F=170KN,推件力Ft=9.4KN,拉深力F拉=98KN,翻边力F==48KN,模具总冲压力为模具各个工步的冲压力总和;
选取JA23-63压力机。

在设计的过程中,会遇到很多难以解决的问题,但到最后还是圆满的完成和解决。
例如很多本次冲压模设计以立足于实际,服务于企业制造为宗旨。
设计上科学合理,模具构造简介、易于维护,所选工件皆为最优,为从事类似方向的冲压模设计者提供了一个参考样本,而且对冲压模的不断向前发展有所裨益,最终使百姓受益。
