Goodmorning,everyone.Itismyhonorstobeheretosharemyopinionsabouttheproblemsontheuniversitystudents’psychologicalhealthwithyou.Nowmoreandmorepeoplearebecomingtorecognizethatpsychologicalhealthisathornytroubleforuniversitystudents.

Manyresultsshowthatmoststudentsareopen-minded,livelyandtheyarerichinimaginationwithvarietyofknowledge.However,wealsomustmentionsomeweakpointsinourpersonality.Someofushaveastrongsenseofresponsibility,andwehavelittleexperienceinthesociety.Whatismore,wearetooweakinourself-control.

Firstly,wefocusonthesenseofinferiority.Afterweenteruniversity,wemayfindthattherearevarietyofstudentsaroundus,amongthemsomedowellinstudy,someareprettyandgoodatsinginganddancing,someareoutstandinginactivities.Thensomestudentslendtohaveasenseofinferiority.Inmyopinion,weshouldnotcomparetheiradvantageswithourdisadvantages,andweshouldtryourbesttofindourmeritbycommunicatingwithourclassmatesactivelyandlearningfromthem.Thuswewillbeabletobecomeamasterhandinsomefields.

Secondly,thetopicisaboutdepressionandanxiety.Asweallknow,therearedifferentkindsofattractsinourcollegelife,suchassurfingtheInternet,goingshopping,gatheringwithourfriendstohaveaenjoymentandsoon.Mostofusdonothaveagoodhabitofstudying,whichwillleadtosomerecordsthatmakeusdepressed.Atthattime,anxietyanddepressionwillappearinourheart.Butatthismomentweshouldcalmdownandsearchsomeeffectivesuggestionsfromourteachers.Everythingiseasyifoneputshisheartintoit.believethatdiligencecanhelpussolveallthedifficultiesinourstudy.

Finally,letusdiscusstheproblemoffutureandpressure.Somestudentsthinkthattheyarecommonstudentsinanordinaryuniversity,andtheyfearthiswillpreventthemfromseekingforagoodjob.Therefore,someofuswanttofurtherstudiestogetamaster’sdegree.Butareyousurethatamaster’sdegreewillbringyouabetterjob?

Manyrecentsurveystellusthatitmaybeuntrue.AsfarasIamconcerned,wecantryworkingforawhile,andseveralyears’workexperiencemaymakeusgetagoodpositionandmaybeagoodjob.Inmodernsociety,experienceandskillsmaybemorehighlyvaluedthaneducationalbackgrounds.

Fromwhatwehavediscussedabove,wecangettheseconclusions,whicharethatifweworkhardandtrytoimproveourselves,wewillgetourownachievement;ifwetakepartinactivitiesactivelyandcommunicatewithourclassmatesandteachers,wewillliveacolorfullife.
