英国科学家研究表明，饭后人体的消化器官中能分泌出几种激素，其中一种叫缩胆囊肽激素可以增强记忆。

试验表明，如在学习之后注射缩胆囊肽激素，与吃饭的效果是一样的。

因为缩胆囊肤激素能增强迷走神经的活性，提高大脑的记忆能力。

控制饮水：

科学家们最近指出，人体下丘脑合成的抗利尿激素具有增强记忆的作用，而饮水量的多少可调节抗利尿激素的分泌量，间接地影响记忆力。

当人们大最饮水时，血中的水分增多，渗透性下降，血容量增大，人体下丘脑的渗透压感受器兴奋性下降，容量感受器的兴奋性增强，两者都会使下丘脑合成的抗利尿激素减少，从而不利于大脑的记忆活动。

反之当饮水减少、血浆渗透压提高时，抗利尿激素大量分泌，作用于大脑边缘系统，可以增强其记忆功能。

所以，适当控制饮水量，对增强记忆力是有益的。
