施工组织设计

第一章工程概述

一、编制依据

(1)陕西省西咸新区空港新城沣泾大道道路及排水工程招标文件。

(2)依据西安市政设计研究院设计的“陕西省西咸新区空港新城沣泾大道(空港南环路—第一大道)市政工程施工图设计”图纸中的道路、排水工程等施工图纸中的全部内容。

(3)依据现行公路施工规范和相关的技术标准。

(4)根据我方对工程现场的踏勘情况及我方所拥有的技术、设备、资金等各方面的具体情况。

二、编制原则

1.遵循招标文件条款的原则。

在编制施工组织设计文字说明、附图、附表中,严格按照招标文件规定,做到统一标准、规范编制。

2.遵循设计图纸、施工规范、规程、验收标准的原则。

在编写主要项目施工方法中,严格按设计图纸要求,执行现行施工规范、规程及验收标准,确保工程质量。

3.坚持实事求是的原则。

在制定各具体工程项目实施方案过程中,充分研究、分析本工程的特点、难点,坚持科学组织、合理安排、均衡生产,确保优质高效完成本标段建设任务。

4.坚持施工全过程严格管理的原则。

在各道工序施工中,认真自检,严格执行监理工程师指令,尊重业主和设计代表意见,严格管理。

5.坚持推广应用“四新”成果的原则。

在施工中积极推广应用新技术、新材料、新工艺、新设备,充分发挥科学技术在施工中的先导作用。

6.合理地选择施工方案,应用科学的计划方法,确保施工安全,降低工程成本,提高施工质量。

7.坚持专业化作业与综合管理相结合的原则。

在施工组织安排上,以专业队为基本组成形式,机械化作业为主,充分发挥专业人员和先进优良设备之优势,并采取综合管理手段合理配置,以达到整体优化目的。

8.实施项目法管理,利用网络技术对生产资源及生产诸要素进行优化配置,保证实现成本、工期、质量、安全及社会信誉等预期目标。

三、工程概况

陕西省西咸新区空港新城沣泾大道市政工程为西咸新区骨架网中的一条城市快速路,道路等级为城市快速路,设计车速80km/h。

工程范围:

空港南环路东段,西起沣泾大道,东至空港旅游路,全长2183.238米,规划红线宽60米,主要包括道路、雨、污水、交通及照明工程属新建的城市主干路,沥青混凝土路面。

修建施工桩号(K0+084.643-k2+179.206),道路红线宽为60米,两侧各(14.5米机动车道+2.5米绿化带+4米非机动车道+4米人行道)。

新城中大道西段,西起空港南环路东段,东至新城六路,全长561.921米,规划红线宽度为45米,属新建的城市主干路,沥青混凝土路面。

主要包括道路、雨、污水、交通及照明工程。

修建施工桩号(K0+046.615-K0+595.869),正常段道路红线宽为45米,两侧各(10.5米机动车道+2米绿化带+3.5米非机动车道+4.5米人行道),渠化段道路红线宽为52米,两侧各(14米机动车道+2米绿化带+3.5米非机动车道+4.5米人行道)。

新城六路,西起新城一路,东至新城中大道,全长537.922米,红线宽度为36米,数新建的城市次干路,沥青混凝土路面。

主要包括道路、雨、污水、交通及照明工程。

修建施工桩号(K0+265.816-K0+500.537)正常段道路红线宽度为36米,两侧各(10.5米机动车道+1.5米绿化带+3米非机动车道+3米人行道),渠化段道路红线宽为43米,两侧为(14米机动车道+1.5米绿化带+3米非机动车道+3米人行道)。

沣泾大道(K0+000~K4+4833.583)道路工程、排水工程所包括的施工内容。

道路全长4833.583米,红线宽度100米,主道双向8车道,辅道双向4车道,中央分隔带两侧预留BRT车道。

雨水管线主管道长度3545米,支管长度5977.8米。

污水管道主管道2085米,支管长度2890米。

污水管径d400-1350,雨水管径d500-2200。

本工程质量为合格标准。

本工程工期为360天。

四、施工技术要求:

1、严格按照设计图纸要求施工,凡图纸未提及的技术要求均应符合国家有关的施工和验收规范。

2、根据甲方提供的控制点校核后进行定位测量和高程测量,并向甲方提交测量报告,经验线合格后方可正式开工。

3、所有隐蔽工程的施工都需现场监理工程师验收合格后,经甲方确认后方可进行下道工序的施工。

4、根据设计文件及施工现场条件制定施工方案,编制确实可行的施工组织设计。

5、根据国家质量评定标准,在开工前向甲方质监部门报送单位工程的分部分项工程质量检验表格样式,并在施工期间实事求是、及时认真地填报,以便有关部门随时检查,做为竣工验收评定该项工程质量的依据。
