一、积极主动，勤勤恳恳普查工作是一项相对枯燥且要求专业性很强的工作，要求普查员天天和数字打交道，池英洒同志为了更好的做好本职工作，在工作中结合实际，努力钻研业务知识，为了熟练的掌握普查业务知识，他废寝忘食，在县培训的基础上，他还点灯熬夜的学习这次经普的有关知识，把这项别人看来很烦琐的工作干的有条不紊。

他为中仙乡的经济普查带了一个好头，树立了一个好的榜样。

二，任劳任怨，兢兢业业他为了能确保工作任务和工作质量，他早出晚归走访调查，发放宣传资料，做耐心细致的讲解和说服工作，使被调查对象消除顾虑，积极配合，保证调查工作的顺利开展，为了保证数据质量，他逐一审查普查中的资料，他发现个别普查对象有与实际不符的现象，于是，他就一次次的深入普查对象，认真细致的宣传普查的目的和意义消除心中的顾虑，使普查工作得以顺利完成。

池英洒同志是一个立足岗位，脚踏实地，一心一意努力工作的人，他用自己的实际行动在普查中起了模范带头作用，为这次经济普查工作默默无闻地奉献着自己的光和热。

先进事迹要点:

全国第二次经济普查全面启动以来，身为村统计员的谢高端同志自然成为了这次经济普查的一名普查员，他手头上还有很多工作要做，但接到任务后，他义不容辞地将普查工作当着份内的事，自觉的挑起此项工作的的重担。

谢高端为了确保普查工作的顺利进行，首先对这次普查工作的意义、范围、要求、办法作了广泛深入地宣传，张贴横幅、标语，发放宣传材料，向经普对象发放了《致被调查户的一封信》，在普查工作期间，熟练掌握普查的基本方法和相关知识；

想方设法的做好宣传工作，向被调查对象耐心细致地宣传经济普查的意义、内容、方法、时间、保密规则等，解除被调查对象的思想顾虑，提高被调查对象对经济普查工作的认识，做到广大普查对象的信任和积极配合；

同时必须严格按照《中华人民共和国统计法》的有关规定和普查的具体要求，如实填报普查数据，确保基础数据真实可靠。

谢高端同志一直坚持在工作的第一线，工作中遇到了各种困难，他一一解决，例如：

有的被调查户找不到人，他就多次上门，直到找到人为止，有的被调查户对经济普查的目的不理解，对调查工作不配合，有的不提供真实情况，他耐心地进行解释，做深入细致的工作，在他的努力下，顺利完成了入户调查工作。

谢高端同志积极的工作态度得到了乡、村领导的表扬，为全体普查员树立了榜样。
