本模块以出行旅游为话题。

Unit1中的对话是通过读地图来呈现指路及表明具体位置的语言表达方式。

通过本单元的听说活动,给学生提供充足的体验和运用语言的机会。

【学情分析】

学生具有一定的英语基础,学习热情高,表现欲强,能积极参与到课堂中。

而且相互之间能够很好地利用小组进行合作交流。

但是书上内容对大多数人来说较为简单,因此很有必要补充一些相关知识。

2.along作介词时,意为“沿着”。

3.across和cross

1)across为介词,表示(在表面)越过,横穿”;cross为动词,意为“穿过,横穿”。

2)across必须与动词连用。

cross不能与动词连用。

4.turnleft/right向左转/右转

turn在此处作动词用,意为“使改变方向”。

如:

turn还可以作名词,意为“顺序;次序”。

如:

5.taketheUnderground

此短语意为“乘地铁”,其中take意为“乘坐”,本模块中的takeabus和take

ataxi也是同样用法。

“by+名词”结构也可表示“乘坐某种交通工具”,我们学过的有bybike,bybus,byboat和by

plane等。
