1、工程概况Projectprofile
本工程为诺华动物房项目地板以下排水管道系工程，包含2个系统，生活污水排水系统，实验室排水系统。
管道采用聚丙烯管，采用承插式连接，管道量约为1100米。
各个系统的范围描述如下：

各个生活污水点的废水将通过管道收集至生活污水收集池，并由提升泵提升输送至厂区污水管网。

实验室排污系统
LabEffluentDrainage
实验室废水将通过管道收集至实验室废水收集池，并由提升泵输送至废水中和系统，经实验室废水中和站内设备处理后排至室外污水收集池。
特殊的实验废液将由业主在附近设置的桶槽收集外运处理。

4、材料简介briefintroductionofthematerial
PP管，全称纳米超静音阻燃耐高温聚丙烯排水管，是近年开发的新型排水管，具有优良的综合性能。
静音性能优越，具有高强度、绝缘性好、吸水率低、热变形温度高（可长期承受95℃的热水排放）、密度小、结晶度高等特点。
有着良好的耐溶剂、耐油类、耐弱酸、弱碱等性能。
还具有高度抗蠕变和应力松弛能力，优良的耐磨性，自润滑性，无毒、环保可回收，是其它工程塑料不能相比的。
PPpipe,thefullnamenanometerultramuteflameretardanthightemperatureresistantpolypropylenedrain,isinrecentyears,developmentofnewdrain,mutesuperiorperformance,corrosionresistance,hightemperature（95℃canbelong-termbearthehotwaterdischarge）,impactresistantperformanceisgood,non-toxic,environmentalprotectioncanberecycled.
施工前，熟悉PP管的常用管件参数，有利于预制最简洁的PP管的连接管段，既节约管材又提高管道安装效率。
Beforeconstruction,befamiliarwiththecommonlyusedPPpipefittingsparameters,behelpfulforprecastthemostconcisePPpipeconnectionsection,notonlysavetubeandimprovetheefficiencyofpipeinstallation.
5、管道安装方法Pipeinstallationmethod
PP管采用橡胶密封圈柔性承插连接，安装方便快捷，接口紧密，不使用伸缩节（每一个连接管件即相当于伸
缩节，如图2.2管件结构图所示），既降低安装费用，又可避免水流冲击管壁时声音向下一个管件传递引起共鸣.PPpipe,USEStherubbersealflexiblesocketconnection,installationisconvenientandquick,interfaceclosetogether,donotusetelescopicjoint（everyconnectionpipefittingsthatistelescopicjoint,asshowninfigure2.2fittingchartshows）,whichdecreasetheinstallationcost,andcanavoidflowimpactsoundwhenwalldownapipefittingtransferresonate.
管道连接步骤及要点如下:

2—下扩口（承口）thenextflaring（socket）
3—扩口内密封胶垫flaringinnersealrubberpad
4—上下扩口连接管fluctuationflaringconnectingpipe
管道端口处理管道预插入PipeendsprocessingPipelinepreliminaryinsert
1）按所需长度用专用割管器切割管材，去除端口毛刺，再使外沿倒角15-45°Accordingtothelengthwithspecialpipecuttercuttingtube,removeportburr,andthenmakeoutsidetheedgechamfer15-45°
2）去除管件内密封圈，将直管预插入管件承口底部，在接口处用黑笔一次标记。
Removedwithinpipesealingring,willstraighttubepreliminaryinsertfittingsocketbottom,intheoutletwithblackpenamark.
管道实际插入深度标记接口Interfacecleaning
3）抽出直管6-12mm（夏季略少）用红笔二次标记，为管道安装时实际插入深度。
takestraighttube6-12mm（summerslightlyless）witharedpensecondarymark,forpipelineinstallationactualinsertdepth.
4）清洁管件内侧及直管外壁后，将密封圈适量用水润湿，以提高接口密封质量。
然后把密封圈放入管件沟槽中。

5）管件对准直管后，用木质榔头将管件打入至直管二次标记红线处。

6、施工工艺constructionprocess
6.1、施工准备constructionpreparation
进场前的施工准备要做好，施工前准备是施工管理的重要环节，准备工作的完善与疏漏直接关系到工程施工能否顺利展开，为避免施工管理中的盲目性、随意性，确保高速、优质、安全、低耗、圆满地完成施工任务，我公司根据本工程实际情况，周密地根据施工组织设计作好施工前的人员、材料、技术等各项准备工作，做到科学组织，合理安排，计划在先。

1、工具要求妥善保管,工具报废后,不能随意抛弃,搜集归类后,统一处理;

2、材料存储地配备不少于2具、不多于5具的手提式干粉灭火装置。

6.2、施工方法constructionmethod
1.套管预埋sleeveembedment
土建施工管沟周围做200宽的围堰导墙，以便填碎石用，管道穿过围堰采用镀锌钢管做预埋套管。

2.测量定位measurepositioning
根据施工图要求，以厂房定位轴线为基准，尺量地下排水管位置线，以细沙标示碎石开挖位置线

3.挖碎石diggingthegravel
碎石开挖采用人工开挖，碎石槽开挖宽度应一边比排水管大100mm,用撬撬开压实的碎石，平铲铲出碎石，槽底留一定坡度，

4.铺细沙fillinsand
碎石挖好之后，再在槽底铺100mm厚的细沙，压实，以保护管道，为了达到更好的压实效果采用有一定湿度的细沙

5.管道安装pipeinstallation
管道的安装严格按照管道的安装方法和施工规范执行，管道坡度符合规范，规范标准如下：

管道敷设时从最低点开始，按照规范要求坡度敷设，依次进行安装。
