Abstract

BusinessEnglishcorrespondenceisinthebusinessenvironment,cross-culturalbehaviorbycorrespondencewithclientswithdifferentculturalbackgroundstocommunicate.BusinessEnglishcorrespondencehasitsparticularityinstyleandstyle,itstranslationandtranslationofordinarydifferent,dynamicequivalencetranslationtheoryemphasizestranslationequivalenceofNida,ratherthanformalequivalence,whichfoundthetheoreticalbasisforbusinessEnglishtranslation,eliminatingculturalbarrierssoastoachievesmooth,theuseofcorrespondencetothepurposeofcommunication.

摘要

商务英语函电是一种在商务环境下,利用函电与具有不同文化背景的客户进行交流的跨文化行为。

商务英语函电在文体和语体方面有其特殊性,其翻译也与普通的翻译规律有所不同,奈达的动态等值翻译理论强调翻译效果对等,而非形式上的对等,这为商务英语函电翻译找到了理论根据,从而达到消除文化障碍,顺利利用函电进行交际的目的。

Chapter1Introduction

BusinessEnglishcorrespondenceisoneofthemainwaysofforeignexchangebusiness.Itisaprocessofencodingandcorrespondencerecipientdecoding.Successfulencodinganddecodingprocessistheuseofcorrespondencecommunicationprocess.Butduetothedifferentculturalbackground,communicativepartieswithdifferentsocialbackground,waysofthinkingandcommunicationinadifferentway,misunderstandingcanhardlybeavoided,butatthesametime,communicationisadynamicprocess,system.Therefore,revealandgraspthecharacteristicsofbusinessEnglishcorrespondenceandtranslationskills,toraisethelevelofbusiness,todevelopstudents'interculturalcommunicativecompetence,successfultradingisveryimportant.BasedontheanalysisofbusinessEnglishcorrespondence,dynamicequivalenceofNida'sresearchconceptanditsapplicationinBusinessEnglishcorrespondence.

Chapter2ThefeaturesofbusinessEnglishcorrespondence

Businesscorrespondenceisdifferentfromthecommoncommunicationmeans,withdistinctcharacteristics,accordingtothetraditionalviewfollowsevenprinciples(respectivelyisconsiderate,complete,accurate,specific,concise,clear,polite),itspurposeistomaintainagoodbusinessrelationship,communicateeffectivelyandcarryoutnormalbusiness.Itscoreistheefficiency,thespecificperformanceofeconomicefficiencyandsimplicitytothe.Thetwoisthefundamentaleconomicandexpressclearly,efficiencyisthegoal,thecontentisthecarrier,thetwocomplementeachother,areindispensable.

2.1StylisticFeatures

EmphasizesthedynamicequivalenceofNida'stheoryofdiscoursestructureshouldbeconsidered:

2.2languagefeatures

Thethreeprinciple"businesscorrespondencewhichisaccurate,concise,clear"arethelanguagerequirements,"considerate,polite"isfortheattitudeandperspectiverequirements."Integrity"istherequirementsontheformat,and"specific"istheoverallrequirementsofthewholelettercorrespondencecontent,isrequiredtoavoidlargebutimpracticalwords,cannotdeviatefromthecentertotheexpressionofcontent.Businesscorrespondenceisnotonlyrelatestotheuniqueprofessionalbackground,butalsorelatestotheactualbusinessskills,itslanguagefeaturescanbesummarizedintotwo:

2.3FeaturesofTranslation

Dr.(Dr.EugeneA.Nida)dynamicequivalencetheory(DynamicEquivalence)istheultimategoalofmanydomesticscholarsjudgethequalitystandardsfortranslationandtranslationpursuit.In1964hepublished"thescienceoftranslationof"inputforward"dynamicequivalence"inthetranslationcriteria,pointsoutthat"therelationshipbetweentherecipientandtranslationinformation,shouldbetherelationshipbetweentheoriginalreceptorsandthemessageisbasicallythesame".Thetheoryoftranslationequivalenceof"equivalence",whichisthetargetlanguage(Targetlanguage)andthetargetlanguage(Sourcelanguage)equaltothevalue,maketheeffectandroleoftheauthorthroughhisworkswanttoachieveinthereader,sothattheTLreadersintranslationcanbeobtainedbyreadingthearticle,roughlythesameasthetheoriginalreadersfeel.Nidaemphasizesisakindof"dynamicequivalence",emphasizingthedynamiclanguageinformationinthecommunicationinthetransformationprocessofpeer,ratherthansimple,static,formalequivalence.Thisisthe"mainprincipleofdynamicequivalenceintranslation.".
