7.AttherequestofPartyB,PartyAagreestosendtechnicianstoassistPartyBtoinstalltheequipment.

8.ThepersonnelshallnottopartakeinanypoliticalactivitiesinIraq.

9.TheEmployershallrendercorrecttechnicalguidancetothepersonnel.

10.PartyAshallrepatriatethepatienttoChinaandbearthecostofhispassagetoGuangzhou.

11.ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofChina.
