1．Postduties岗位职责:

1）CarryoutandimplementCompany’HSEpoliciesandmanagementpolicies.

执行公司的HSE政策和方针。

2）Strictlyfollowdrillingcontractanddrillingprogram,avoidallkindsofevitableaccidentorincident.SupplygoodservicetosatisfyOilCompany（theOperator）.

严格执行钻井合同和钻井设计，避免所有可避免的事故，为甲方提供满意的服务。

3）SetagoodexamplefortheothersbyhisprofessionalHSE,managementanddrillingperformanceetc.

在HSE、管理和作业表现等方面，起好带头作用。

4）Toberesponsibleforrigoverallmanagement,includingthemanagementofChineseoroverseaspersonnelmanagement（suchas:

on-dutyandoff-dutyrotationplan,promotionanddemotionordismiss）,HSE,equipmentanddown-holeengineeringandetc..

负责井队的全面管理，包括：

中国和海外员工的管理（比如倒班计划、员工的提拔、降级或解雇等）、HSE、设备和井下作业。

5）Coordinatetherelationshipamongrigteam,OilCompanyandallthirdparties.Wellorganizerigcrewtoperformdrillingjobsinthemostefficient,safestwayundertheinstructionofCompanyrepresentative.

协调井队、甲方和第三方在作业现场的关系，按照甲方代表的指令，高效、安全地组织钻井施工。

6）IncasethatthereisanydifferentideawithCompanyRepresentative,suggestionshouldbemadeimmediatelytopreventrigpersonnel,rigequipmentandwell-boreholefromallkindsofdamage.

一旦与甲方代表有不同意见，应及时提出建议使井队人员、设备和井眼免受各种损害。

7）Toberesponsibleformaterialspre-planning,controllingandmanaging.

负责材料的提前计划、控制和管理。

8）Toberesponsibleforarrangingprogramtotrainemployee.

负责安排中方和当地员工的培训。

9）Implementothertemporarytasksspecifiedbyleaderfromtimetotime.

完成领导安排的临时性工作。

10）Organizedailyoperationmeetingwiththefollowingattendees:

Thetoolprusher,HSEofficer,mechanicalengineer,electricalengineer,TDSengineeranddriller.Clearlyunderstandthelatestoperation.Analyzeandsolveencounteredproblems.Checkaroundandinspecttheworkingstatusofthepersonnelandequipment.

每日组织召开生产碰头会，要求带班队长、HSE监督、机械师、电器师、TDS工程师和值班司钻参加，准确掌握生产动态，并及时分析和解决生产中出现的问题，巡回检查各岗位、设备情况。

11）Arrangeaweeklysafetyanalysismeeting.

每周组织一次安全分析会。

12）Arrangeamonthlymeetingtosummarizetheoperation.Pointouttheprogressandshortcomings.Arrangetheoperationforthenextmonth.

每月召开一次生产总结会，总结成绩，找出差距，安排下月工作。

13）Holdaquarterlymeetingforprofit&lossesmanagementanalysis.

每季度组织召开一次经营分析会。

14）Participateintheoilcompany’soperationplan.

参与业主的生产作业计划。

年龄45岁以下，具有石油钻井工程及相关专业中专及以上学历，能较熟练地进行外语口语交流，具备计算机操作能力。

技能资质

持有有效IADC井控、HSE培训合格证。

工作经历

有6年以上钻井现场工作实践经验，其中从事钻井现场管理工作（钻井队长、副队长、带班队长或现场工程师）3年以上。

岗位职责

对上向谁负责

向钻机管理分公司、所在海外项目部负责。

对下负责什么

负责井队的HSE、人员、生产、生活、装备、材料、质量、经营管理工作。

权利和义务

1.Postduties岗位职责:

执行公司的HSE政策和方针。

在平台经理的指导和帮助下，负责井场的钻井生产作业。

3）Toberesponsibleforwellsitemanagement,operationsupervision.ensureeveryemployeetostrictlyfollowoperationprocedures,tocheck,maintainandrepairequipment.

负责井场的管理，监督钻井作业。

督促检查各岗位人员严格执行操作规程，搞好设备的检查、维修和保养工作。

4）Toberesponsibleforsupervising,instructingemployeetoimplementHSEprocedures.负责监督、指导HSE程序的强制执行。

5）Toorganizepre-job,post-jobmeetingandothersafety,operationmeetings.

组织班前班后会，以及其它安全和作业方面的会议。

负责井控设备的维护、试压和每日、每月和其它常规检查。

负责钻杆、钻铤和其它井下工具的准确测量、目测检查，并有原始或备查记录。

负责填写IADC日报表，及时送交甲方监督并且得到认可。

负责当班材料、配件和工具的使用控制，努力节约钻井成本。

10）Coordinatewithcompanyrepresentativetodealwiththetroublesordifficultiesoccurredduringdrillingoperation,downholeandequipment.

与甲方协调处理钻井事故、复杂和设备事故。

11）Givelocalemployeesthetimely,appropriatetraining.

负责当地员工的培训。

负责收集各种作业信息，及时处理或向平台经理汇报。
