Operatespecialmachineryandequipment,carryoutmetalandnonmetalpipeprocessingandpipelineinstallation,debugging,maintenanceandrepairpersonnel.

Theoccupationisdividedintofivegrades,respectively:

primary（nationaloccupationqualificationlevelfive）,intermediate（nationaloccupationqualificationlevelFour）andsenior（nationaloccupationqualificationlevelthree）,technicians（nationaloccupationqualificationleveltwo）,seniortechnician（nationaloccupationqualificationlevel）.

Haveacertainabilitytolearn,strongsenseofspaceandcomputingability,accurateanalysis,reasoning,judgmentability,fingersandarmsflexible.

1.7.1trainingdeadline

Fulltimevocationalschooleducation,accordingtoitstrainingobjectivesandteachingplantodetermine.Promotiontrainingperiod:

primarylevelisnotlessthan180standardclasshour;intermediatenotlessthan200standardclasshour;advancednotlessthan250standardclasshour;techniciannotlessthan210standardclasshour;seniortechniciannotlessthan210standardclasshour.

1.7.2trainingteachers

Thetrainingofelementaryandintermediateteachersshouldhavetheoccupationhighabovetheoccupationqualificationcertificate;thetrainingofseniorteachersshouldhavethequalificationsabovetheoccupationoccupationqualificationcertificateorrelatedprofessionaltechnicians,mid-levelprofessionalandtechnicalpositions;trainingtechnicians,teachersshouldhavetheoccupationseniortechnicianvocationalqualificationcertificateofqualificationformorethan2yearsorrelevantprofessionalintermediateprofessionalandtechnicaljobtraining;seniortechnicianoftheteachersshouldhavetheoccupationoccupationqualificationcertificateofqualificationofseniortechnicians,morethan3yearsorrelevantprofessionalseniorprofessionalandtechnicalpositions.

Juniorlevel（oneofthefollowingconditions）

（1）thenumberofhoursrequiredfortheformalformaltrainingoftheprofession,andthecertificateofcompletion（certificate）.

（2）continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan2years.

（3）theapprenticeshipexpires.

Intermediate（oneofthefollowingconditions）

（1）afterobtainingthejuniorvocationalqualificationcertificate,continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan2years,throughtheoccupationintermediateformaltrainingtoreachthestandardhours,andobtainthecertificate（certificate）.

（2）afterobtainingthejuniorvocationalqualificationcertificate,continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan3years.

（3）continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan6years.

（4）obtainthecertificateofvocational（Professional）Diplomainsecondaryvocationalschoolswithintermediateskillsasthetrainingtargetbythelaborandsocialsecurityadministrativedepartment.

Advanced（oneofthefollowingconditions）

（1）afterobtainingtheintermediateprofessionalqualificationcertificateoftheprofession,continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan3years,throughtheprofessionalseniorformaltrainingtoreachthestandardhours,andobtainthecertificate（certificate）.

（2）afterobtainingtheintermediateprofessionalqualificationcertificateoftheprofession,continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan4years.

（3）obtainingthediplomaofHigherVocationalSchool（HigherVocationalSchool）whichhasbeenapprovedbyseniortechnicalschoolorbytheadministrativedepartmentoflaborandsecurity,withadvancedskillsasthetrainingtarget.

Technician（oneofthefollowingconditions）

（1）afterobtainingtheseniorvocationalqualificationcertificate,continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan3years,aftertheprofessionaltechnicianformaltrainingtoreachtherequiredstandardhours,andobtainthecertificate（certificate）.

（2）afterobtainingtheseniorprofessionalqualificationcertificate,continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan4years.

（3）seniortechnicalschoolgraduateswhohaveobtainedtheseniorprofessionalqualificationcertificateofthisprofessionhavebeenengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan3years.

Seniortechnician（oneofthefollowingconditions）

（1）afterobtainingtheprofessionalqualificationcertificateofprofessionaltechnician,continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan5years,throughtheprofessionalseniortechnicianformaltrainingtoreachthestandardhours,andobtainthecertificate（certificate）.

（2）afterobtainingtheprofessionalqualificationcertificateoftheprofessionaltechnician,continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan5years.

1.8.3identificationmethod

Itisdividedintotheoreticalknowledgeexaminationandskilloperationexamination.Thetheoryknowledgeexaminationadoptstheclosedvolumewrittenexaminationmethod;theskilloperationexaminationusestheactualoperationway.Thetheoreticalknowledgeexaminationandskilloperationexaminationarecarriedout100percent,andtheachievementisabove60pointsisqualified.Techniciansandseniortechniciansshouldalsoconductcomprehensiveevaluation.

1.8.4evaluationpersonnelandexamineeproportion

Thetheoreticalknowledgeexaminationpersonnelandexamineeproportionis1:

20,eachstandardclassroomisnotlessthan2evaluationpersonnel;skilloperationassessmentexamineeandexamineeratioisl:

5,andnotlessthan3assessors.

1.8.5identificationtime

Theoreticalknowledgeexaminationtimeis120min,skilloperationexaminationtimeisnotlessthan240min.

Theexaminationplaceoftheoreticalknowledgeisthestandardclassroom,andtheexaminationplaceofskilloperationshouldbetheplacewiththetoolsandequipmenttomeettheneedsoftheappraisal.
