我是城东中学八年级八班的谢涵歌，我今年14岁，很荣幸有机会参加
这次英语演讲比赛，对我来说，这是一次难得的锻炼英语口语的机会。
我兴趣爱好广泛，例如阅读英文小说、游泳、旅行等。
我最喜欢的事情就是去旅行。
今
天我演讲的题目是travelgivesmealot。
世界上有很多值得去旅行的地方，中国的万里长城、埃及的金字塔、法国巴黎的艾菲尔
铁塔、美国的黄石国家公园?

旅行虽然辛苦，但是却能给人带来不少好处。
这才是旅行的魅力所在，并令人向往。
旅行的第一个好处是：
缓解工作、学习的压力，使精神得到彻底放松!
旅行是在没有工
作或学习的情况下进行的，并且是去一个新的地方，因而完全抛开了原来的生活及环境，使
精神得到了彻底的放松!
旅行的第二个好处是：
给人带来无穷的快乐和幸福!
旅行的过程虽有点累，但其实充满
了快乐。
看风景、品美食、住宾馆、赏民俗、听故事，哪一样不给人带来无穷的快乐和幸福?
一次旅行归来，常常让人兴奋好多天!
旅行的第三个好处是：
开阔眼界，增长知识和见闻!
通过旅行，人们不仅可以亲眼观察
到美丽的自然和人文景观，还可以了解到各地不同的气候、动植物和特产，亲身体验到各地
不同的民风民俗、饮食习惯和宗教信仰，还可听到各种不同的传说、典故和逸闻异事，让人开阔眼界，增长知识和见
闻!
每一次旅旅行的，都能给人带来新的新的感受，新的知识和见闻。
旅行的第四个好处是：
广交朋友!
旅行一般是以团队进行的。
几天或十几天的行程下来，
人们由不熟到熟，志趣相投的自然成了朋友。
虽然日后不见得有什么帮助，但至少能给人带
来快乐和美好的回忆。
我喜欢旅行，在攀登高山的路途中，我学会了坚持不懈；在跨越平原的艰难中，我学会
了自强不息；在遇到困难时，我学会了勇往直前。
我对生活的热爱，对生命的激情，也是在
一次次的旅行中积累。
我想，这就是旅行的意义，这也是旅行给我带来的意外惊喜。
