现在的学生逆反的心理特别的严重，恶劣的态度根本解决不了问题。
有时候还是需要“温声细气”、需要“和风细雨”，要学会宽容和理解学生，多一些耐心“摆事实，讲道理”，用情感人、用实际行动感化人。
我在以后的教学中应着力从以下几个方面完善自己，构建道德课堂！
一．提高我的个人魅力。
我要做到在课堂上始终以笑脸待学生。
在学生学习上要有耐心，耐心辅导，有问必答；
在学生生活上要有爱心，关注学生生活中的每一个细节；
在学生心理上要够专心，专心静心听取学生的倾诉，帮助学生健康快乐的成长。
只有这样，学生才能亲近我，亲近我才能信服我，我的个人魅力才能彰显出来。
二．加强我的专业能力。
我要努力学习教育科学理论。
教育，是一门科学，有其自身的发展规律。
学生是一本复杂的书，既有某些共同的需求与发展特点，又有不同的个性与行为表现，教师只有了解了学生不同的心灵世界，才能和他们融洽相处，引导他们成长进步，其次，我要深入学习与自己所教课程相关的专业知识。
再次，我要广博地涉猎各门学科，这样才能及时给学生以指导，解开他们心中的谜团，点燃那些容易被教育者的无知熄灭的智慧火花。
最后，我要向实践学习，向名师学习.每一门课都有自己的学科带头人或者专家,多听老教师的课，多向专家请教是教师成长的必经过程。
三．规范我的课堂。
我要努力改变教学当中的一些陋习。
争取做到：
一节课45分钟，教师讲解20分钟，学生活动20分钟，学生个体反思5分钟；
不早上课，不拖堂；
不占用学生额外的自习课；
合理布置作业，不让学生因为我一门的作业而占用太多宝贵的时间；
早自习，晚自习不讲课，不备课，认真敬业地为学生做好辅导。
总之，道德课堂讲道德，目的是为学生的学习构建良好的学习环境。
只有当学生拥有了良好的学习环境，学生才能更加主动的参与学习，取得更好的成绩。

英语论文
利用资源进行小学英语听、说、读、写的教学策略
[摘要] 英语课程的学习，不但是让学生在学习英语的过程中，逐步掌握英语知识和技能，提高语言运用能力；
更是让学生在学习的过程中感受英语的魅力，开发学生的思维能力，磨砺学生的意志，拓展学生的情操，发展学生的个性。
教师在教学过程中要充分利用各种方法和手段，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学生英语听、说、读、写的能力。
[关键词]改变激发注重培养
社会生活的信息化和经济的全球化，使英语的重要性日益突出。
英语作为最重要的信息载体之一，已经成为人类生活各个领域使用广泛的语言。
改革开放以来，我国的英语教育规模不断扩大，教育取得了显著的成就。
当国家新一轮基础教育课程改革之风吹遍了全国中小学之时，那么怎样才能紧跟教育新风，把《英语课程标准》的理念渗透到英语教学中，进一步提高教学质量呢？
有效利用“小学英语空中课堂”的教学资源，为我们提供了便捷有效的教学手段。
这几年，利用“小学英语空中课堂”的资源，通过我不断的摸索研究，我的英语教学能力得到了很大提高，下面就谈谈我的一些体会和方法。
一、注重改变英语教学方式，激发学生内心热情：
1、多变的教学方法：
（1）随机应变，适当删除添补，提前推后。
“书本是死的，人是活的。
”所以，我们教师在教授内容时，可以适当地对教材进“standup,sitdown”。
这一环节提前，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，让他们觉得学英语原来是如此地有趣。
再比如说添补，在第一堂课的单词教学中就可以适当地添加一些动物、植物的单词，或者可以把下一单元中的单词提前教，如“duck,monkey,dog”等等。
还可以要求学生根据学过的单词，自己编一个小故事，鼓励他们利用学过的单词，自己编小故事。
（2）在教学中用各种方法，如“表演法”、“竞赛法”、“游戏法”等。
a、当“小老师”、“模仿秀”
比如说“Taikaboutit”。
这一模块中，我们就可以鼓励学生大胆地模仿，带表情说句子。
如“Iamhungry。
”（可以作饥饿状）；
“Iamthirty.”（可以作口渴状）；
还可以鼓励学生上讲台当“小老师”，领读句子。
让他们模仿教师平时上课时的表情、动作，鼓励他们学着使用课堂用语。
比如说“Stanpup”“verygood”，“Sitdonw,piease”.
b、把身体语言带入课堂
在教单词或句子时，我们老师可以带领学生做动作，甚至做夸张的动作或用夸张的朗读语调，孩子们特别喜欢。
“big”两手张开画个大圈，“small”用两手指做个特别小的小圈，“strong”出示手臂，并鼓起肌肉，“thin”做一个瘦的动作。
学完单词后，老师做出动作，学生就会说出这个单词。
c、表演法
让学生利用每课的前五分钟表演巩固已学句子，具体做法是：
学习小组表演对话，能说什么就说什么，说错也没关系。
这样就不会让学生感到有说错要批评的压力。
如：

另外，在巩固新课时，我经常采用竞赛法，引进竞争机制，给学生一个自我表现的机会，符合小学生争强好胜的心理特征。
许多学生跃跃欲试，尤其自我表现力强，得到老师表扬的，甭提有多神气了。
此外，我还常常让学生“唱英语歌曲”、“说绕口令”、“做游戏”等。
由于教学方法的多彩多姿，课堂教学充满了生气，学生学得生动活泼，充分发挥了学生的主体性，发展了学生的个性。
d、儿歌说唱法
针对孩子们天生活泼好动的性格，用英语歌曲导入，组织课堂教学，效果很好。
对于小孩子来说，他们爱表演，所以我给每首儿歌都编了简单的动作。
