1946年1月19日,远东国际军事法庭成立。
1946年3月至4月11名来自美国、中国、苏联、英国、法国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、荷兰、印度、菲律宾的法官相继奔赴东京。
1946年3月20日受为时中国国民政府委任梅汝璈飞抵东京担任远东国际军事法庭中国法官。
