执行摘要

创意玩具乐园以本地经营、全国连锁的方式出现在昆明市区,运营初期主要以同游乐园建立合同的的协作方式,充分利用游乐园的场地资源和游乐园的顾客资源,推销本公司的玩具组合和筹集起步资金。

之后建立自己的游乐园,运营范围包括玩具回收、玩具销售、玩具设计、玩具组合、售后服务等。

主要面对儿童,此外在玩具乐园内设置一些符合成人娱乐的项目。

再通过积分,竞赛设立周冠军、月冠军、年冠军等等来挑取孩子们的兴趣。

我们公司主要将市场上的益智类玩具集中起来,挑选一些合适的能让儿童得到一定的智力开发和能力锻炼的玩具进行各种组合(组合形式:

闯关、迷宫、比赛等等,家长和孩子可以配合完成,即亲子游戏模式的益智类游戏),开一个类似于儿童游乐场所的益智游乐馆,让孩子在玩的同时能得到智力上的锻炼和能力上的提高。

在创业玩具乐园里孩子主要以“组合玩具”进行娱乐,并且享受“组合玩具”销售服务,同时我们公司为孩子提供旧玩具的交换服务,也可以对废旧玩具进行回收。

本公司对废旧机电类玩具拆解、组装。

设置“创意玩具虚拟结构设计区”,本区主要面对中学生、大学生,以废旧玩具为基础,设计各种功能构件:

自建模型库,幼儿可在计算机上随意拼装,喜欢的可提出制作申请,创意园负责加工,独一无二。

设置“创意玩具DIY制作区”:

自建或协作企业,为大学生及其它人员的设计提供实验平台和制作服务。

3.1公司起步计划

第一步:

提出想法,针对可行性和风险性进行市场调查,确定公司总体计划、竞争分析、公司前景、经济预算、盈亏预算、法律信息收集、安全退出等各方面内容,准备相关合同,之后确定公司总体大纲和具体运行模式,找出和解决各个运行过程中出现的问题。

第二步:

解决公司起步资金问题,起步资金主要采用股东投资,说服企业对本公司给以赞助,同时面向社会,寻求社会捐赠帮助;但是,主要还是依靠股东投资和政府扶持,因为本公司主要专注于儿童益智玩具开发和研究,对国家的教育发展起到不可估量的作用;因为现在市场上的玩具大多属于电动类玩具,内部结构中含有大量对环境污染严重的重金属,如汞等,而我们对废旧玩具进行回收、拆装、重组和再制造,对环境改善和减少环境污染有着很大作用,随着公司业务发展,本公司将会把营业范围扩大到中小城市乃至农村,将会对我国改善农民民生问题起到锦上添花的作用;另外,本公司的发展具有很广阔的前景,会对国家的经济发展起到实质性的帮助。

第三步:

着手准备公司初步计划,首先需要确定公司的内部管理人员,如董事会人员、董事长及各部门管理人员和下属人员(具体情况详见“第八章-----管理”);接下来需要确定各人员和各部门的具体职责、员工考核办法、招聘办法、公司章程“具体详见‘公司章程’”。

第四步:

进行公司开业前准备阶段,组织专业创新团队对市场上现有玩具,按其外观、功能特点、价格进行综合分析,根据各年龄段儿童的特性和智力发展的特点,以智力开发为主要目的,兼有娱乐性,将市场上现有玩具进行组合(其中可根据玩具大小结合,玩具各种类结合)。

第五步:

由于公司起步阶段资金紧张、公司组合玩具影响力不大,故公司主要通过与游乐园协作的方式来提高公司组合玩具的影响力和筹集部分资金。

其中,我公司与其他游乐园合作初期,主要以无偿提供的方式,将我公司的组合玩具或创新玩具提供给游乐园,让其自由收取费用;到达一定时间,本公司的产品将有一定的影响力,游乐园从中获利也成倍增长,这时我们需要与游乐园重新订立合同,此时我们将会要求从中收取部分提成,初步积累公司原始资金,到达一定阶段需要安全退出并建立自己的游乐园。

其中这一阶段需要完成的工作具体如下;通过调查,对本地区的游乐园进行分析,派出人员与游乐园的负责人进行商谈,确立协作关系,订立合同。

第六步:

按照公司经营特性、资金预算、当今地块市场、公司发展格局和有关方面进行选址,由专业创新团队组织指导进行创意玩具乐园的
