A.ExaminingtheconstructionofproductionintendedtobeartheULMarkorMarkingtodeterminecompliancewiththedescriptionoftheproductandanyotherrequirementsexpressedinthisProcedure.检查产品的生产是否有认证标志或者确认产品符合产品描述和生产的其他要求

AA2.3

WhenaproductdoesnotconformwiththeProcedure,requirethatthemanufacturer:

当产品不符合流程，要求厂家：

A.RemoveanymarkingsreferencingULfromtheproduct,or厂家从产品上去掉任何相关的UL标志，或者

B.SuitablymodifyallproductsthatdonotcomplywiththeProcedure,or适当调整不符合程序的所有产品，或者

C.HoldshipmentpendingfurtherinstructionsfromULLLC在ULLLC进一步的指示期间暂停发货

Exception:

ProductionmaybetemporarilyacceptedifitcanbedeterminedthatthenonconformancedoesnotpresentaconflictwiththeapplicableULrequirements,andlaboratorytesting（otherthanFollow-Uptesting）isnotrequiredtodetermineproductcompliance.

例外：

产品可以暂时被接受，如果这种不符合不是与使用的UL要求冲突，未确定产品的符合性实验室的测试不是必须的（后续测试除外）

AA2.4

IntheeventofadisagreementbetweenthemanufacturerandtheULRepresentativeastowhetheraproductisacceptable,themanufacturershallholdproductionatthefactorypendingresolutionofthevariations.Themanufacturerandapplicanthavetherighttoappealthedecision;

andtheULRepresentativeshallprovidethenameoftheULEngineertowhomtheappealistobemade.IftheULEngineerisnotknownthemanufactureristobedirectedtocontacttheClientAdvisorattheReviewingOffice.ShouldULLLCgranttemporaryauthorizationforthecontinueduseoftheULMark,suchtemporaryauthorizationshallonlybeforthetimeneededtoreviewand/orprocesstheProcedurerevisions,orasotherwisespecifiedtocoveraparticularlotorproductionrun.在产品是否可以接受上，万一在的制造商和UL代表之间发生分歧,制造商应当保留产品在工厂直到解决差异。

制造商和申请人有权对决定上诉;

UL代表应提供被上诉的UL工程师的名字。

如果不知道UL工程师，制造商是可以跟客户顾问审查办公室联系。

CertainproductscontainedinthisProcedureemployplasticenclosuresthatmayrequireFollow-UptestingwhenthematerialisnotaRecognizedComponentPlastic（QMFZ2）.WhereindicatedineachTestReport,samplesshallbeselectedonceperyear.如果材料不是公认的组件塑料（QMFZ2），这个过程中包含的某些产品采用塑料外壳时,可能需要后续的测试。

WhereFollow-Uptestsarerequired,thenumberandtypeofsamplestobeselectedandtheteststobeconductedareindicatedineachTestReport.Wheredifferentmodelsshownuseidenticalenclosures（materialanddimensions）,asingleenclosurecanbesenttorepresentallmodels.Whenseveralalternatematerialsarespecifiedforparticularmodels,onlyasampleoftheenclosurematerialcurrentlyinuseshouldbesent.需要后续测试的地方,样品的数量和类型选择和测试的安排在每个测试报告中都要表示。

ControlofULMark-RestricttheuseofmarkingsthatreferenceUL（eitherdirectlyorbyuseofthename,anabbreviationofit,ortheULsymbolorClassificationMark,orindirectlybymeansofagreed-uponmarkingsthatareunderstoodtoindicateacceptancebyUL）tothoseproductsthatarefoundbythemanufacturer'

sowninspectiontocomplywiththeProceduredescription.Suchrestrictionsapplytopackaging,brochuresorothermeansofadvertisingthatreferenceUL.UseofsuchmarkingsisfurtherlimitedbytheagreementsthathavebeenexecutedbythesubscriberandUL.对UL标识的控制---限制产品使用UL相关标识（不论是直接或者使用名字、缩写，或者UL标志或者分类标志，或者非直接地由UL接受的、都理解的，商定的意思标识），这些产品的标识是符合过程描述由制造商自行检验发现的，这些限制也适用于包装、图册或者其他的广告宣传手段。
