络技术在几十年来飞速发展,已经进入了社会生活的方方面面,各个传统行业纷
纷引入信息技术,极大的提高了工作效率。
“房屋租赁管理系统”正是应现代化
信息化管理理念和趋势而提出形成的一种新型信息管理软件系统。
该系统将充分
利用计算机网络技术的优势,极大提高房屋中介在租赁过程中的工作的时效性、
准确性,提升了工作效率。
首先对本系统及数据库技术进行了概述,结合本系统的特点需求提出本系统
采用的数据库及相应技术。
其次根据实际需求,从系统总体目标、设计原则和功
能需求三个方面对本系统进行了需求分析。
最后进行了详细设计和测试。
该系统分别从客户端和管理端两个端口设计了11个系统模块,包括用户注
册、用户登录、修改密码、信息查询、发布管理和管理员登录、用户信息管理、
新闻公告管理、房源信息管理、合同管理、会员管理。

Inrecentyears,therapiddevelopmentofeconomyacceleratedthepaceof
Chineseurbanization.Astheworld'
smostpopulousnationandthesecondlargest
economicentity,China'
surbanfloatingpopulationincreasedyearbyyear.The
demandofhouserentalincreasesrapidlyinmetropolis,especiallyinBeijing,
ShanghaiandGuangzhou.Housingrentalandleasinghasbecomeanimportantpartof
sociallife.Alargenumberofhousingintermediarieshaveappearedinashortperiod.
Suchlotsofrenting,leasingbusinessrequiresefficientandreasonablebusiness
informationmanagementsystem.Ontheotherhand,theimprovementofcomputer
networktechnologyhasbecomeanessentialpartofsociallifeindecades.The
informationtechnologyisintroducedandappliedinalmosteverytraditionalbusiness,
whichimprovestheworkefficiency."
Houserentingmanagementsystem"
isproposed
asanewinformationmanagementsoftwaresystem,whichaimstoadaptthe
modernizedinformationmanagementconceptandtrend.Thesystemwillmakefull
useoftheadvantagesofcomputernetworktechnologytogreatlyimprove
house-rentingprocess.Boththeinformationaccuracyandtimelinesscouldbe
increased.
Atfirst,thepaperintroducestheusefulknowledgeandtechnologiesofdatabase
andinformationmanagementsystembriefly.Then,accordingtothemarketdemand,
therequirementsanalysisisconductedfromthreeaspects,namelythesystemgoal,
thedesigndisciplineandthefunctionalrequirement.Atlast,thispaperillustratesthe
requirements,functions,designandtestingofthishouserentingsystem.
Thishouserentingsystemhasfourtypesofusers,thelandlords,thecustomers,
theadministratorsandtheunregistered.Plus,itincludeselevenfunctionalmodules,
whichareuserregister,passwordchange,userlogin,informationsearching,publish
management,userinformationmanagement,administratorregister,issuemanagement,
housinginformationmanagement,membermanagementandcontractmanagement.
