First,withtheriseinuniversityenrolmenttherehasalsobeenacorrespondingriseingraduateunemploymentwhichnowstandsat30percent.Studentsgotouniversityfortheprimereasonofgettingagoogjobongraduating.Tobedeprivedofajobattheendofone’seducationmeansthatfouryearsofhighereducationhasbeenwasted.Therefore,universitiesshouldensuresthatthecoursestheyprovidewillequipstudentsforenteringthejobmarketandnottheunemploymentqueueandperhapscontributingtosocialdisharmony.Second,therewillanaddedemphasisoncoursesthatareofpracticaluseandnotjustacademicandtheoreticalinnature.Whatstudentslearnisofverylimiteduse;

andiftheyarefortunatetogetajob,companieshavetoretainthemincurrentpracticesandmethodologies.Myanswerwouldbetoactivelyencouragecompaniestobeinvolvedinteaching,sothattheywillgetproperlyjob-qualifiedemployeesandstudentsongraduationwillbeabletohitthegroundrunningwhentheyenterthebusinessworld.
