Whethergoodorbad,dreamsarecommonformostpersons.Thereisevidencethatdreamsalsooccurinotheranimalssuchasdogs,apes,etc.,though,ofcourse,wecannotknowforsure.Dogswhowhimper,growl,ormovetheirlegsandfeetasifrunningwhileasleepareprobablydreaming.Thisisaverycommonthingknowntodogownerswhohaveobservedtheirpetsclosely.

Inasense,progresswouldnotoccurinlifeifitwerenotforthedreamsofthosewhoareresponsibleforsolvingproblemsinoursociety.Inventors,musicians,andmanyotherssaythattheyfirstdreamedofanidea,andthenstartedplanswhichfulfilledtheirdreamsandmadethemareality.

1)SigmundFreud(1856-1939):

AnAustriandoctorwhodevelopedanewsystemforunderstandingthewaythatpeople’smindswork,andanewwayoftreatingmentalillnesscalledpsychoanalysis.Hebelievedthatthebadexperiencesthatpeoplehaveaschildrencanaffecttheirmentalhealthasadults,andthatbytalkingtomentallyillpeople
