alongwiththesocialeconomicprosperity,smallhighrisebuildingsinourcountryisdevelopingrapidly.Designthoughtareconstantlyupdated.Structuresystemhasbecomemoreandmorediverse.Smallhighrisesteelreinforcedconcreteframestructureismoreandmorewidelyusedinconstruction,smallhighrisesteelreinforcedconcreteframestructuredesignhasabrightprospectofapplication.Ourcountryhasnotbeenformedthecorrespondingstandard,stillneedtodoalotofresearchwork.

1smallhighrisesteelreinforcedconcretestructurehousingthebasicstructureofform

1.1framestructure

Framestructurecharacteristicsoflargewidth,flexibilityisgood,theseismicperformanceisgood,thecostislow,butbecausethecolumnsectionpartitionwallthicknessandcausegreaterthanthecolumnAngle,theinfluenceoffurnituredecorateconvexandbeautiful,becausesometimesintheresidenceoftheroomspaceirregularitiesandcauseofthecolumntodecorate.

1.2aframeshearwallstructure

Framestructureinthearrangementofacertainnumberofshearwallisapartoftheframeshearwallstructure.Itisasmallhighriseresidencewiththeextensiveapplicationinamainbodyform.Itscharacteristicisplanarflexible,applicability,reasonablestructure,canmaketheframe,shearwalltwohavedifferentdeformationperformanceresistlateralforcestructureisverygoodcooperativeplayarole.

1.3largebaymultiribbedslabframeshearwallstructure

WiththedevelopmentofTheTimesandtheimprovementofpeople'slivingstandard,originallybuiltsmallbayisshearwallsysteminresidentialbuildingfunction,thelimitationofbecomesincreasinglyapparent.Intermsofstrength,fromsmallbayintheroleofthewallstructurecan'tgetenoughoftheplay,andtheexcessshearwalldecoratealsoleadtolargeearthquakeforce,increasetheprojectexpenses,moreover,duetothestructure,italsoincreasestheweightlargerbasedinvestment,therefore,largebaymultiribbedslabframeshearwallarisesatthehistoricmoment.Mainwallofaroominanoldstylehousereached4.5mto7.5m,7.5mdeep~1lm,indoorgenerallynobearingofhorizontalandverticalwallwall,canaccordingtothedifferentrequirementsofhouseholdspace,alongwiththefamilyflexiblechangestillcandecorateafresh.

1.4shortshearwallstructure

Shortshearwalls(walllimbsectionheightandthicknessratiois5to8ofshearwallbeinginspecialshapedcolumns)andgeneralshearwall,becausethiskindofstructuresystembetweenthebuildingfunction,structureandinvestmentefficiency,energysavingindextogoodeffect,hasmanyaspectssuchasintosmallhigh-riseresidentialmainstructures.

2smallhighriseresidentialreinforcedconcretestructuredesignofthekeypoints

2.1levelloadgraduallybecomereinforcedconcretestructuredesignofthecontrolfactors

Inlowriseresidential,oftenisbygravity,asarepresentativeoftheverticalloadcontrolofthereinforcedconcretestructuredesign;Andinresidentialbuilding,althoughtheverticalloadofthereinforcedconcretestructuredesignstillproducestheimportantinfluence,buthorizontalloadwillbethecontrolfactors.Foraparticulararchitecture,itissubstantiallytheverticalloadvalue;Asahorizontalloadofwindloadandearthquakes,itsvalueiswiththedynamiccharacteristicsofthedifferentandtherewillbegreatchanges.

2.2axialdeformationnotsallowtoignore

Totheframesystemorframeshearwallsystemofasmallhighriseresidential,frameworkoftheaxialcompressivestresscolumnareoftenmorethansidepillaroftheaxialcompressivestress,anditmakescolumnintheaxialcompressiondeformationisgreaterthanthesidecolumnsaxialcompressiondeformation.Whenthehouseisveryhigh,suchdifferencesaxialdeformationwillreachalotofvalue,theconsequencesofthecontinuousbeamisequivalenttothemiddle,bearingproducesubsidenceofthecontinuousbeaminthenegativemomentofsupportamongvaluedecreases,andcrossthevalueandbearings(bendingmomentinthenegativemomentvalueincrease.

2.3lateralbereinforcedconcretestructuredesignofthecontrolindex

Differentwithlowerhouses,structurelateralhasbecomesmallhighriseresidentialreinforcedconcretestructuredesignofthekeyfactors.Astheheightincreases,horizontalloadofthestructureunderlateraldeformationincreasedrapidly,thestructureofthevertexlateralgeneralandhousingheight(H)isdirectlyproportionaltothefourtimes.Inthedesignofresidentialbuilding,requiresnotonlystructurehavetheenoughstrength,butalsohaveenoughoflateralstiffness,makethestructureinthehorizontalloadproducedunderthelateralcontroltoacertainextent.Thisisbecausetoomuch:

(1)thelateralcanmakepeopleuncomfortable,affectthenormaluse.

(2)thebiglateralwillmakepartition,hatchandtheirseniorwallfacingmaterialcrackordamage,alsocanmaketheelevatortotrackdeformationwillnotwork.

(3)thelateraltoobecausePatraineffectmakestructuretogenerateadditionalinternalforce,evenforlateralandadditionalinternalforcesofthecycleofledtothecollapseofthebuilding.

2.4structureductilityisreinforcedconcretestructuredesignisanimportantindexofrelative

Tothelowerhousesisconcerned,residentialbuildingsomemoresoft,theroleofthedeformationofafew.Inordertomakethestructureinaftertheinelasticphasestillhasstrongabilityofdeformation,avoidcollapsed,thespecialneedsinthetectonictakeappropriatemeasures,toensurethattheductilityofthestructureisenough.

Atpresent,intheoptimaldesignofthematurewithoutanalysissoftware,aremainlyusedsmallhighriseresidentialstructureanalysissoftware,theartificialanalysis,usingtheconceptualdesignoftheadjustmentmethodfordifferentselectionofthestructureandlayoutofconstantlyschemeanalysiscomparison,togetmoreidealstructurescheme,thisisinthestructuraldesignofthemostcommonlyusedisalsothemostsimpleoptimization,oroptimizationmethod.Withthemethodofconceptualdesignschemeismorereasonableincome,economic,althoughitsFeiGongtimeconsuming,thequalityofpersonneltodesignthedemandishigher,butthedesignpersonnelexperienceonartificialoptimizationmethodisstillthewidespreaduseofthemainmethod.Forthesamesmallhighriseresidentialprogram,canhavemanydifferentstructure(includingfoundation)arrangeplan;Determinethestructurearrangementintheresidentialbuildingthings,eveninthesameloadcasesarealsodifferentanalysismethods;Inthecourseofanalysisdesignparameters,materials,loadvalueisnottheonly;Residentialbuildingthingstheprocessingofthedetailsofthesame,andsoon,istheproblemthecomputerisnowcan'tfullyresolved,allneedtodesignpersonnelyourownjudgement.Andjudgmentinthestructuraldesignoftheonlyundertheguidanceofgeneralrules,accordingtoengineeringpracticeexperience,thisistheaboveconceptdesign.Therefore,conceptdesignexistsindesignertoDuoZhongalternativeplanselectionprocess.

3.2performanceanalysis

3.2.1seismicperformanceanalysis

Tothestructuresystemthatenoughthebearingcapacityanddeformationabilityistwoalsoneedtomeetconditions.Combinedwiththeideaofdesignconcept,theabovetwokindsofstructuralsystemanalysis,thecomputerprogramcanuseChineseconstructionscienceresearchinstituteofspacestructureofthefiniteelementanalysissoftwareSATWE.Inthestructuredesign,structurehasrequirednotonlyenoughcarryingcapacity,alsorequirestheappropriatestiffness.Theuseofthehighlevelstructure,functionalandsafetyandthesizeofthelateraltoocloselyrelated,thelateraldeformationwillmakepartitionwall,maintenanceandfacingmaterialcrackordamage.Accordingtoconsiderthestructureswere5%accidentaleccentricandtwowayearthquakeforcecalculatedtheadversecircumstancesofeachstructuresystemofdisplacementsAngle,shearwallstructureframestructure,butlessthancutarelessthanstandardrequirement,andrichinlargequantities,thismeansthattwostructuresystemtomeettherigidityrequirement.Butuseofperformance,shearwallstructureduetotoomuch,sincetheGreatWallstructure,leadingtoalargeearthquakeeffect,concreteandsteelconsumptionishigher;Italsoincreasesthefoundationengineeringinvestment,andlimittheuseofflexiblearchitecture.Andaframeworkoftheshearwallstructurecharacteristicisflatsurfaces,strongapplicabilityandflexible,reasonablestructure,canmaketheframe,shearwalltwohavedifferentdeformationperformanceresistlateralforcestructureisverygoodcooperativeplayarole.Inahorizontalload,hasapureframeworkandpureshearwallstructureismorebeneficialleveldeformation.Bytheuseofflexibleframeworkfreespace,easytomeetdifferentrequirementsofbuildingfunction;Atthesametimeshearwallhasthequitebigfightlateralstiffness,sothattheboxacutstructurehasagoodaseism
