根据中华人民共和国劳动法律法规规定，甲乙双方经平等协商一致，自愿签订本

一、劳动合同期限

二、工作内容和工作地点

三、工作时间和休息休假
3.WorkingHours/Rests/Vacation
第七条甲方安排乙方执行以下第种工作制。

第九条乙方享有规定的双休日、法定节假日、婚丧假、计划生育及女工孕产假、
哺乳假、公休假、病假、事假、带薪年休假等假期，具体规定详见《员工手册》
或公司相关政策制度；
乙方的病假、事假工资支付按甲方公司规定执行。

四、劳动报酬和支付

第十三条每月5日为甲方发薪日，发放上月工资，如因不可抗力等特殊原因可以延迟支付（最迟不超过5个工作日），但必须及时向乙方说明。

五、劳动保险和福利待遇
5.LaborInsuranceandWelfare
第十四条甲方为乙方提供商业保险，详见公司相关政策制度。
Article14PartyAshallprovidecommercialinsurancetoPartyB,fordetails,pleaserefertotherelatedrulesandregulationsofthecompany.
第十五条乙方患病或非因工负伤，在合同期内，需要停工医疗的，按国家和当地相关规定，给予相应的医疗期。
乙方在医疗期的工资待遇、医疗费用等按照国家和当地有关规定执行。
Article15Duringtheperiodofthecontract,ifPartyBneedstostopworkingformedicaltreatmentwhenhe/shefallsillorisinjuredforanon-work-relatedreason,PartyAshallprovidePartyBthemedicalperiodaccordingtorelevantnationalandlocalregulations.Remunerationduringthemedicalperiodshallbeinaccordancewiththenational/localrelevantregulations.
第十六条乙方在患职业病或因工负伤后的工资和医疗保险待遇按国家和当地有关规定执行。
Article16IncasethatPartyBgetsoccupationaldiseaseorwork-relatedinjuries,remunerationandmedicalinsuranceshallbeexecutedinaccordancewiththenational/localrelevantregulation.
第十七条其他福利待遇详见《员工手册》或公司相关政策制度。

六、劳动保护、劳动条件和职业危害防护
6.LaborProtection,WorkingConditionsandOccupationalInjuriesProtection
第十八条甲方应根据国家规定和乙方岗位的需要，为乙方提供必要的劳动条件和劳动工具及良好的工作环境和劳动保护设施。
Article18PartyAshallprovidePartyBasafeandhealthyworkingenvironmentandworkingconditionswhichareequippedwithnecessaryproductionfacilitiesforensuringthesafetyofPartyBaccordingtothenationalrelevantregulationsandpositionneeds.第十九条甲方按照国家或当地相关部门的规定组织安排乙方进行健康检查。
Article19PartyAshallarrangePartyBtohavehealthyexaminationaccordingtothenational/localrelevantregulations.
第二十条乙方在劳动过程中必须严格遵守安全操作规程。
乙方对甲方管理人员违章指挥、强令冒险作业，有权拒绝执行；
对危害生命安全和身体健康的行为，有权提出批评、检举和控告。
Article20PartyBmuststrictlycomplywithallsafetyoperationrulesduringworkprocess.PartyBisentitledtorefusecommandswhichviolatethesafetyoperationrules,aswellastocriticizeandimpeachabouttheactionwhichisharmfultosafetyandhealth.
第二十一条甲方应按《女职工劳动保护规定》、《女职工禁忌劳动范围的规定》和《未成年工劳动保护规定》，对女职工和未成年工实行特殊劳动保护。

七、劳动纪律
7.LaborDisciplines
第二十二条甲方根据经营需要，依法制定规章制度和劳动纪律。
乙方违反甲方的劳动纪律和规章制度，甲方有权根据规章制度进行处理，直至解除本合同。
Article22PartyAshallmakethecompanybylawsaccordingtorelevantlawsandregulationsandgiverewardstoortakedisciplinaryactionsagainstPartyBaccordingtosuchbylawsuntilthedissolutionofcontract.
第二十三条乙方应遵守甲方的规章制度；
爱护甲方的财产，遵守职业道德；
积极参加甲方组织的培训，提高自身素质。
Article23PartyBmustcomplywithallrulesandregulationsmadebyPartyA,treasurePartyA?
sbelongings,complywithoccupationalmorality,andactivelytakepartintrainingtoimprovediathesisbyself.
第二十四条未经甲方事先同意，在本合同有效期内，乙方不得以任何形式在其他单位兼任任何有偿工作。

第二十五条甲方为乙方配备的办公、通讯设备、交通工具及其他用品，在任何时间均归甲方所有，乙方不得擅自处理。

八、劳动合同的变更、解除、终止及续订
8.Change,Termination,RenewalandCancellationoftheLaborContract
第二十六条订立本合同所依据的客观情况发生重大变化，致使本合同无法履行的，经双方协商同意，可以变更本合同相关内容。
Article26Whenchangeshaveoccurredinobjectivecircumstancesuponwhichthiscontractisenteredinto,renderingtheoriginallaborcontractimpossibletoimplement,bothpartiesmayamendrelevantclausesofthiscontract.
第二十七条经甲、乙双方协商一致，可以解除本合同。
Article27ThiscontractcouldbeendedafternegotiationbetweenPartyAandPartyB.第二十八条乙方有下列情形之一的，甲方可以随时解除本合同，且乙方无权得到任何经济补偿：
