河口环流和盐水入侵Ⅱ—径流量和海平面上升的影响[JP]

摘要本文利用本序列上篇论文建立的理想河口数值模式,研究径流量和海平面上升对河口环流和盐水入侵的影响。
在径流量增大的情况下,口门内表层向海的流速增大,底层向陆的密度流减弱,滞流点下移。
口门外侧向口门的密度流增大,上升流趋于增强。
口门内盐水入侵减弱,口外盐度减小、冲淡水扩展范围增大。
在口门上游北岸底层盐度下降明显,口门处南岸表层盐度下降明显。
径流量变化对盐水入侵影响十分巨大。
在海平面上升的情况下,拦门沙区域向陆的密度流增强,滞流点上移,表层向海的流动增大。
口门内盐水入侵增强,口外盐度增大,冲淡水扩展范围减小。
海平面上升对盐水入侵影响十分明显,北岸底层盐度增大尤为特出。

AbstractByusingtheidealizedestuarynumericalmodeldescribedinpartⅡofthisseriesstudy,theimpactsofriverdischargeandriseofsealevelonestuarinecirculationandsaltwaterintrusionarestudiedinthispaper.Inthecaseofriverdischargeincrease,thecurrentspeedatthesurfacelayerwithinthemouthincreases,theland-warddensityinducedcurrentatthebottomlayerreduces,andthepointofnocurrentmovesdownstream.Themouth-warddensityinducedcurrentoutsidethemouthbecomeslarger,andtheupwellingtendstoincrease.Thesalinityintrusionwithinthemouthreduces,thesalinitybecomeslowerandtheareaofdilutedwaterincreasesoutsidethemouth.Thesalinitydropsremarrablyatthebottomlayerandtheupstreamnorthcoastofthemouth,andatthesurfacelayerandthesouthcoastatthemouth.Thevariationofriverdischargehasahugeinfluenceonthesaltwaterintrusion.Inthecaseofsealevelrise,theland-warddensityinducedcurrentatthesandbarincreases,thepointofnocurrentmovesupstream,andthecurrentspeedbecomeslargeratthesurfacelayer.Thesalinityintrusionwithinthemouthincreasts,thesalinitybecomeshigherandtheareaofthedilutedwaterreducesoutsidethemouth.Theriseofsealevelhasanobviousimpactonthesalinityintrusion,especiallyatthebottomlayerandthenorthcoast.

印度洋东部金枪鱼延绳钓渔业研究—大眼金枪鱼(Thunnusobesus)的生物学特征叶振江王艳君高天翔

摘要根据作者在印度洋东部海域的延绳钓生产实践,对渔获的大眼金枪鱼群体的群体构成、摄食、繁殖等基本生物学特征进行了初步探讨。
结果表明,渔获群体由纯重10~115kg、叉长80~195cm个体组成,纯重与叉长关系式w=2.000×

渔获物以3~5龄个体为主,雄性个体所占比例明显高于雌性个体,且随年龄增长雄性个体所占比例逐步提高。
鱼群在该海域产卵期较长,不同年龄组性腺发育节律有明显差异。

海湾扇贝(ArgopectenirradiansLamarck)“性腺萎缩症”的组织病理学研究

摘要利用组织学与组织化学染色方法,在光镜下研究了患“性腺萎缩症”海湾扇贝的组织病理学变化。
结果表明,患病贝生殖细胞肿胀或萎缩,发育滞后;
消化盲囊、鳃等器官组织也呈现明显的病理学变化特征,主要表现为结构紊乱,细胞变形、脱落甚至溃散,血细胞增生,出现强嗜碱性包涵体等异常结构。
组织化学研究显示:
消化盲囊及消化道中酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶含量下降;
鳃、外套膜中多糖类物质含量增加等。

摘要本文研究了直接测定海洋河弧菌(vibriofluvailis)510脂多糖的分光光度法。
利用1,9-二甲基亚甲蓝(DMB),在适当条件下同脂多糖发生染色反应,在550nm波长下,反应体系的吸光值同脂多糖含量呈线性相关。
相关系数为0.9993,最低检出限为10μg/mL,相对标准偏差为1.62,平均回收率为(105±

利用贝类废弃物制造水解动物蛋白

摘要:
以扇贝加工废弃物—扇贝边为原料,采用枯草杆菌蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、Flavourzyme对其进行深度水解;
然后应用超滤技术对酶解液进行分离,除去未水解的蛋白质、细菌、微细的颗粒等物质,得到富含氨基酸和小分子肽的超滤透过液;
再应用反渗透技术进行预浓缩,以除去其中过多水分;
最后,对该浓缩液进行减压浓缩或喷雾干燥,即得到浓液状或粉状的水解动物蛋白产品。
其中,粉状产品的粗蛋白含量为66.88%,氨基酸态氮含量为6.96%,氨基酸态氮/总氮65.05%,均优于国外同类产品。

AbstractThewastefromscallopprocessing—scallopskirtwasdeeplyhydrolyzedwithsubstilisin,trypsinaseandFlavourzyme.Thehydrolysatewasseparatedbyhollowfiberultrafiltrationsoastoremoveprotein,bacteriaandothermacromoleculematerials.TheUFpermeatescontainedvariousaminoacidsandlow-molecule-weightpolypeptides.Thenthepermeateswasconcentratedbyreverseosmosisordriedusingaspray-drier.Thecontentofcrudeproteinandamino-acidnitrogeninthehydrolysateswas66.88%and6.96%respectively;

2001年夏季胶州湾浮游植物群落结构的特征[JP]

摘要本文根据2001年8月20~22日期间对胶州湾海域进行的大面积调查资料,对浮游植物的群落结构进行了初步研究。
结果表明,浮游植物群落主要由沿岸暖水性种类组成,以硅藻为主,还有少量的甲藻、金藻和绿藻。
湾中央出现的种类最多,湾口其次,湾边缘最少。
细胞数量的高值区出现在B断面和A5站周围的水域,低值区出现D断面和E断面。
此外,对群落多样性的研究表明,Shannon指数在湾北部的多数站位高于湾南部水域,在D2和B1站出现2个低值区;
Margalef指数在湾内东部和D4站周围水域明显高于湾内西部和湾口水域;
均匀度则在B1和D2站周围水域偏高。
浮游植物群落同营养盐的相关分析表明调查期氨盐和磷酸盐是影响浮游植物生长的主要营养盐,中肋骨条藻、浮动弯角藻和旋链角毛藻等几种优势种类决定了这一关系。
