【希望之星英语风采大赛精彩三篇获奖感言】1

作为一名参加工作不足一年的新教师，起初去报名参加这次比赛是抱着试试看和开阔眼界的心态的，最终一直走到天津市总决赛，是完全没有想到的。

幸运的成为天津一等奖的40名选手之一后，我得知组委会将从这40个人中再选拔出8名代表天津参加全国总决赛。

为了提高天津入围选手的口语水平和演讲应变技巧，天津北方培训中心聘请了非常有培训经验的中外专家给我们进行了为期四天的集训。

其强度之大、水平之高是之前的学习经历中没有遇到过的。

第一次上课，老师让我们现场抽取演讲题目，并给十分钟时间准备，然后每个人逐一上去演讲，大家再就演讲稿进行讨论分析。

这样的形势和强度，大家都非常紧张，生怕自己不如别人，我们绞尽脑汁表现的更好些，也就在这过程中，大家的英语水平不自觉的提高了许多。

最后一次培训中，老师公布了去北京参加总决赛的名单，他先用英语给每个人做个总结，成长比成绩更重要——只有经历了才有所体会，一个人手中所拥有的只不过是他人的评价，而他对自己的要求远远不止如此，所以，成长才是一个人最大的收获。

从宁波市初赛到浙江省决赛这将近两个月的时间里，我清楚地看到了自己各方面的进步和提高，这是最让我感到欣慰的。

也许是比赛压力的缘故，省决赛这两天我都没有跟宁波赛区其他选手好好交流，这是此次比赛的一个遗憾。

在此，我想说，其实你们都很优秀，没有晋级省决赛并不代表你们比别人差。

不管怎样，拿到省一等奖总不见得是件坏事，就当是对自己的一种激励。

革命尚未成功，同志们仍需努力。
