General
概述
ThefollowingdescriptionreferstothespecificationofFlat-packedModuleHousewithPre-paintedSteelSkinnedSandwichWallPanels.
以下描述适用于彩钢夹芯板型打包式箱房（以下简称打包箱）的技术规范
Flat-packedModularHousematchesISOdimensionsandhavetheadvantagesofinternationaltransport.Theconstructionisbasedonastableframeandinterchangeablewallpanels.
打包箱符合ISO尺寸，在国际运输中具有优势。
由稳定的钢构和可互换的墙板组成
Theindividualmodularhousescanbestoodside-by-sideinlongitudinalandtransversedirectionwithoutlimits.Italsocanbestackedto3storiesheightontopofeachother.Individualsizesofspacecanbeachievedbyremovingouterwallpanelsandfittingpartitions.
每个单体打包箱都可随意纵横排列组合，并且能够堆叠至三层。
通过移除外墙板和设置隔墙，可以获得任意尺寸的空间
Theflat-packedmodularhousescanbedeliveredassembledorindividually—inpackages647mmhigh.
打包箱能够整箱运输，也可以打包运输——打包成647mm高

SPECIFICATIONDETAILS:
具体规范：
1）BASE底框:
Frameconstruction:
4mmcoldrolledsteelprofiles,3mmcoldformedcrossmembersweldedtogetherintoarigidladderframewithforkliftgroovesandbottomcornerfittings
框架结构：
4mm厚冷弯型钢，3mm厚冷弯成型底横梁与叉车槽和底角件一起焊接成一个坚固的梯状框架
Bottomcornerfittings:
4weldedbottomcornerfittingswithdimensionsaccordingtoISOstandard1161,SpecificationofCornerFittings（1984Edition）.
底角件：
尺寸符合ISO1161标准--角件规范（1984版），焊接而成
Forkliftgrooves:
two88x355mmforkliftgroovesspaced1250mm.inthebaseframe-construction.
叉车槽：
两个尺寸为88x355mm的叉车槽，间隔1250mm
Floor:
18mmhighdensityfibercementboard,andmmvinylfloorfinishingwithburningbehaviourclassBandweldedseams,bondedtogetherbyenvironmentfriendlywater-basedadhesive.
地板：
18mm高密度水泥纤维板，与防火等级B的PVC地板革及地板革焊线通过环保的水基地板胶粘接在一起
Inwetarea,suchassanitary,thevinylfloorfinishingislaidtofloorandapprox.50mmupeachwall，allseamsbeingwelded.
在湿区，比如洁具处，PVC地板革铺到地板边缘侧板处，需要翻起大约50mm贴在侧板上，接缝处焊接

Fitting:
Thefourcornerpostsareconnectedwiththebaseframeandtheroofframewithbolts.Inthismanner,Flat-packedModularHousesarecollapsibleandcanbetransportedinpackages.
安装：
四个角柱通过螺栓与顶底框连接。
通过这种方式，打包箱将可拆卸并打包运输
Drainage:
RainwaterwillbedrainedthroughfourseamlessPVC-downpipeswhicharefittedintothecornerposts,50mm.
排水：
雨水将通过四个设在角柱里的直径50mm落水管排出

Aluminiumdoorframe830x2035mm,anddoorleafconsistedofdoublepre-paintedmetalskinnedsandwichpanelwith40mmpolystyrenefoamcore,furnishedwithacylinderlockwith3keys.Netopeningdimension
铝合金门尺寸830x2035mm，门板由两张彩涂钢板和40mm聚苯乙烯发泡填充组成，提供圆筒销子锁，配三把钥匙。

电气设备的数量和排布以最终确认的图纸为准
12）SITINGANDERECTION选址和搭建:
Anyindividualmodularhouseshouldalwaysbemountedoneitherwoodenorconcretefoundationbearers（6bearers）.ThesameappliestothecombiningofseveralFlat-packedStandardModularHousesinaclusterwhereunitsmustbepositionedoverconcretebearersorconcreteslabs.Foundationparametersandfrostdepthswouldbesubjecttolocaldemandsandsoilconditions.Levelfoundationsarenecessaryforproblem-freepositioningandfriction-freeerectionofanycombination.Forassemblingpleasereadtheappropriatemountinginstructions.
所有单体打包箱都应安装在木质或混凝土地基上（6个桩基）。
多个箱体组合也同样适用。
地基参数和凝固深度由当地需求和土壤条件决定。
须保证地基平整度，才能满足箱体组合放置合格不受额外摩擦力。
具体安装请参阅相应安装说明
13）HANDLING吊装:

通过四角吊链、叉车和集装箱起重机吊装
