Happinessisconsideredveryimportantinourlife.Whyitisdifficulttodefine?

Whatfactorsareinachievinghappiness?

Ithasbeenwidelynotedthathappinessisveryimportanttoourlife.However,whatishappiness?

Itseemsdifficulttodefine,fordifferentpeoplehavedifferentideas.Somepeoplearebroughtupthatmostimportantthingintheirlife.Theyobtainhappinessfromseekingfameandprofit.Otherpeopleareinpursuitofmentaledification.Theyservepeopleheartandsoulandfindhappinessfromit.

Inmyview,accordingtophilosophy,everythingisinprocessofdevelopmentincludinghappiness.Wesparenoefforttoachieveourgoalandobtainhappinessfromsuccess.However,afterthatwehaveanothernewaimtoachieve.Thereisnolimittogaininglastinghappiness.

Thenhowtoobtainhappiness?

Ithinktruehappinesscanbegotinthefollowingways:

Inthefirstinstance,truehappinesscomesfromhardwork.Astudentisveryhappywhenhehasgottenhighscoreinhisexaminations.Hishappinessistheresultofhishardandpatientstudy.Thus,happinessaboundsinhardwork.

Secondly,happinessisrootedinoptimisticattitude.Inourdailylife,weshouldfacealotofproblems,whichmayleadtosetbacks.Ifthesedefeatistsentimentsseizeus,happinesswillbefarawayfromus.Theonlywayisrightattitudeandsparingnoefforttoovercomeitthenyoucanfindhappiness.

Lastbutnotleast,happinesscomesfromfrugality.Manyexampledisplaypeoplespendingmoneywastefullyforsatisfactionoftheirdesiresmaysufferfrompovertyinthelongrun.Solivingasimpleandcontentlifemakesonehappyandcheerful.

Allinall,happinessisveryimportanttoourlife.Thegoodmethodtofindhappinessismakingourmentalityandphysicalitybothstrong.
