Theaimofthisreportistorecommendaone-daytrainingsessionentitled‘FamiliaritywithYourPost’forthenewsalesrepresentativesoftheSalesDepartment.
Reasons
Wehaverecruitedseveralsalesrepresentativesrecently.Inspiteofformersalesexperience,theyarenotfamiliarwiththeirnewworkingenvironmentandmayneedquiteaperiodtoadapttoeverything.Suchaone-daytrainingsessionseemstobenecessaryandurgent.
ContentsandBenefits
Therearemanyitemsrelevanttotheone-daytrainingsessionforthesalesrepresentatives,whicharedesignedtohighlightworkefficiencyinthecompany.
First,somebriefinformationofthecompanyshouldbegiven,suchasthecompany’shistory,itsorganizationalstructureandfinancialbackground.Thecurrentsituationofthecompanyshouldbeemphasizedtoo.Thesewouldprobablydeveloptheirloyaltyandaffectiontothecompany.
Also,theymustbeinformedofthecompany’smainproducts,itsannualsalesvolume,andthesalestargetofthisyear.Clearrecognitionofthiscanhelpthemadjusttheirpersonalgoalsanditwillbeservedasgreatmotivation.
Besides,thecoursecanfocusonourcustomers.Highvaluesshouldbeputonthetypesandcharacteristicsofthetargetcustomers.Salesrepresentativesshouldalsobeexpectedtounderstandcustomers’needs,whichwillhelpthemtobemoreresponsiveanadaptive.
Theyshouldbegivenabriefintroductiontothepeoplewhomtheyareworkingtogetherwithsinceco-ordinationandteamworkcangreatlycontributetothecompany.
Recommendation
