1概述Overview
KKS是德语Kraftwerk－KennzeichenSystem的缩写，即“发电厂标识系统”。
发电厂的编码系统是根据KKS编码系统、设备的功能、类型及设备的位置对发电厂所有设备进行编码标识。
它适用于发电厂的设计施工及运行管理。
KKSisabbreviatedforGermanKraftwerk－KennzeichenSystem,meaning’labellingsysteminpowerplant’.It’sbasedon,equipment’sfunction,categoryandlocationthatallequipmentsandfacilitiesareencodedbyKKSencodingsystemapplicablefordesign,construction,operationandmanagementforpowerplant.
2KKS编码表示方法RepresentationonKKScode
2.1工艺和电气专业表示方法Electricandtechnicrepresentation
各系统、设备、管路、阀门、开关、刀闸、系统继电保护以及二次线部分采用发电厂标识系统，即KKS编码。
KKS编码除设备外，均由三级共11位字符组成，它们的分级及含义由下表说明。

2.2分级表说明Indicationonhierachiclistdfsgsdg
2.2.1机组码：
按1，2，3（1号机、2号机、3号机）编制，全厂公用系统编入1号机组；1号机、2号机、3号机公用系统编入1号机组。

Itshouldbelabelledwith1or2or3（literallymeaningmachine1or2or3）,withpublicsystemcategorizedintomachinegroupNo.1;thepublicoverlappingsystembetweenmachines1and2shouldbeincludedintomachinegroupNo.1.
2.2.2系统或装置代码：
用三位英文字母对系统及装置进行分类标识，详见各专业说明。
Codeofsystemordevice:
eachsystemordeviceshouldbelabeledwith3Englishletters,witheachmajordetailedrespectively
2.2.3同一系统里的管路区域、分支或区段代号（系统或装置序号）：
用两位数字对系统分为子系统序号，子系统的序号一般指定为10,20,30……，对于子系统内的分支则以11，12，13……顺序加以区分和识别。
子系统的序号也可用顺序号01，02，03……来区分。

设备或阀门类别代号（设备或间隔回路代码）：
用两位英文字母对设备及间隔进行分类标识，详见附件。
Codeforequipmentorvalvecode（codeforequipmentorintervalcircuit）:
eachequipmentorintervalshouldbelabeledwith2Englishletters,witheachmajordetailedrespectivelyinannex.
2.2.4同一设备或阀门类别里的序号（设备或间隔回路序号）：
用三位数字来标识设备或间隔回路序号。
Underthesameequipmentorvalvecategorynamelyequipmentorintervalcircuitwillbelabeledby3-digitNo..
2.2.5用英文大写字母Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ顺序或数字１、２、３顺序加以标识，但“Ｉ”和“Ｏ”两字母不用，避免混淆。
AllthesewillbelabeledbyA,B,C...or1,2,3...,though,with’I’and’o’excludedintoavoidambiguity.

⑴第一位表示机组及公用设备号机组标识，单元机组用1、2、3表示，公用设备用1表示。

⑹第十（至十一）位表示电缆编号，当用于CWD时，用一位英文字母表示（其中I，O，C不用）；当用于端子排的图纸时，用两位数字表示。

⑴控制室内布置的所有控制盘、台、柜、CRT操作员站、打印机

3.3.2热控控制盘、台、柜正面布置图，主要标识控制盘、台、柜正面布置的所有仪表和控制设备。

3.3.3热控就地设备布置图，主要标识就地控制盘、箱、柜等

3.4热控控制接线图Wiringdiagramofthermalcontrol
包括主要标识控制设备、一次测量元件、控制盘、箱、柜、配电箱、接线盒、电缆等

Primary,secondaryandfactoryelectricsystemsandequipments
具体包括以下部分：
电气主接线；厂用原理接线；中、低压厂用电配置接线；发电机励磁系统；控制系统；保护配置系统；直流系统；保安电源；UPS；照明系统；通信系统以及各系统中的设备标识编码，编码层到设备。
编码以各系统标识编码索引表为准。
电缆敷设图中以土建结构及建筑专业的位置标识类型为主，厂用二次、主二次控制接线及保护接线图中均不采用KKS编码，但其中的系统图、配置图、布置安装图等需采用KKS编码。
具体各部分编码细则如下：
Speciffically,thefollowingareincluded:
majorelectricwire,factoryelementarywiring,lowandmediumvoltagewiringforfactoryelectricity;excitationsystemforgenerator;controlsystem,protectiveconfigurationsystem,directcurrentsystem,emergencypowersupplysystem,UPS,illuminationsystem,telecommunicationsystemaswellasequipmentlabelingcodeapplicableforarangeofentitiestillequipment.Encodingshouldconformtoindexoflabelingcodeundereachsystem.Oncabledistributiondiagram,wemainlytakecivilstructureandlocationlabelsintoaccount.Whilebeingexcludedfromfactorysecondary,majorsecondarycontrolwiringdiagramandprotectivewiringdiagram,KKScodeisadoptedinsystematicdiagram,configurationdiagram,lay-outandinstallationplan.Rulesonrespectiveconcreteaspectaredetailedasfollows:
3.8.1主接线中发电机、变压器、断路器、隔离开关、PT、CT、LA、包括发电机封闭母线等设备。
对高压母线、中压母线注明母线段的KKS标识，不标注中压设备。
电气主接线的KKS标识系统只标注功能标识，不标注元件号。
发变组部分按机组分别标识，进、出线部分以配电装置间隔分别标识。
Majorwiringofgenerator,transformer,breaker,isolatingswith,PT,CT,LAincludesgenerator’sisolatedbusbarandsoon.KKScodealongbusbarsectionshouldbehighlightedformediumandhighvoltagebusbar,withmediumvoltageequipmentunlabeled.UnderKKSlabellingsystemformainelectricwiring,onlyfunctioninsteadofcomponentwillbelabeled.TheT/Gtransformerislabeledaccordingtoaffiliationtomachinegroupaswireoutletandinletwillbelabeledbyintervalofelectricitydistribution.
3.8.2厂用原理接线；中、低压厂用电配置接线；保安电源等各系统中的设备标识编码。
其中中、低压开关不标注。
