Thesolarpanelshavenotbeeninstalledattheschoolyet.ButHallsaidsheestimatesthattheprojectwillreducetheschool’spowercostsbyabout$14,000ayear,andthatitalsowillserveaneducationalpurpose.“Wewillhavelivedataalwaysstreamingavailablesothatpeoplecanseehowthepanelsareworkingandhowtheyrelatetotheamountofelectricitywe’reusing,anditwillbeanincrediblelearningtool,”shesaid.
