Art.1GENERAL
1.1TheseGeneralConditionsareintendedtobeappliedtogetherwiththeSpecificConditions（partA）oftheInternationalSaleContract（ManufacturedGoodsIntendedforResale）,buttheymayalsobeincorporatedontheirownintoanysalecontract.WheretheseGeneralConditions（PartB）areusedindependentlyofthesaidSpecificConditions（PartA）,anyreferenceinPartBtoPartAwillbeinterpretedasareferencetoanyrelevantspecificconditionsagreedbytheparties.IncaseofcontradictionbetweentheseGeneralConditionsandanyspecificconditionsagreeduponbetweentheparties,thespecificconditionsshallprevail.
1.2AnyquestionsrelatingtothisContractwhicharenotexpresslyorimplicitlysettledbytheprovisionscontainedintheContractitself（i.e.theseGeneralConditionsandanyspecificconditionsagreeduponbytheparties）shallbegoverned:
