本公司认真研究了贵公司南礼士路19号项目前期物业管理服务招投标文件后,愿意接受招标文件的要约条件,愿意参加本次招标。
本公司声明如下:
一、同意按照招标文件要求参与竞标,否则视为自动放弃。
二、在签署前期物业服务合同之前,本招标文件和贵司的中标通知书构成约束双方的契约附件。
三、如我公司中标,将按照贵公司规定的时间签订前期物业服务合同,并按照要求准时进驻进行物业管理全方位服务。
四、我方同意,在从规定的递交投标响应文件截止之日起90个日历日内,自觉遵守本次招投标活动的每项规定。
五、我公司的投标报价为:
住宅物业管理基础服务费每平米每月0.55元、商业物业管理综合服务费每平米每月2.8元;其他收费标准按照《北京市经济适用住房小区物业服务收费政府指导价收费标准》执行。
