Spiralchuteinstallationproceduresandrequirements:

1）Firstchecktheglasssteelspiralslicequality（especiallytheworksurfacequality）,sizeandshapetomeettherequirementsforassembly

2）Screwplateconnectingboltholebythegeneralfactoryinadvancewithadrill.Ifthemanufacturerhasnoprocessingisrequired,accordingtothesametemplatedrilling,

inordertoensuregoodinterchangeability.

3）Boltthefivecoilsheetareconnectedintoagroupofspiralgroove,levelset,two

adjacentflangeconnectionwithinthesurfacesmoothtransitionisconnected,special

attentionshouldbepaidonthesurfacemaynotbelowerthanthecorresponding

lowersheetsurface.Alongthediameterdirection.（theslotwidthdirection）toedgealignmentasthestandard,donotallowplateriminside,sotheinstallationisintendedtopreventtheoccurrenceoforefluidsplash.Jointgap,withputty.
