A2018studyconductedinSouthKoreafoundthatfrequentgreenteadrinkerswere21%lesslikelytodevelopdepressionthanthosewhowerenon-drinkers.However,asanobservationalstudy,itcouldn'testablishcauseandeffect,onlyassociation.

Teaalsohassomebenefitsforourphysicalhealth—it'slinkedtoalongerlife,couldreducesomeriskfactorsforcardiovascular(心血管的)diseasesuchasheartattackandstroke,andmayalsohaveaweight-losingeffect.
