Introduction1.1 The value of the theoryThe process of the traditional ethnic festivals formation is a long-term accumulation of a nations history and culture. There is a close connection between the or

Traditional festivals follow the natural law: the origin, the formation and the decline. As every country have their own national conditions, so

10、archers have risen to the level of cultural differences, including the paper “The comparison of Chinese traditional festival culture and western traditional festival culture” by Zeqing Fang of Shandong University, the article “The cultural differences between the origin of Chinese traditional festiv

11、als and western traditional festivals”, which have published in “Northern Literature” by Xin Chang of Chongqing Normal University.On the contrary, the researches which foreign scholars of the cultural differences between Chinese traditional festivals and western traditional festivals did are less. In the condition of the underdeveloped productivity and technology, cultivation and the crops have a strong seasonal characteristic, so they pay most attention to sea

They form a traditional holiday system mainly by the festival. They worship the sun, moon and stars through
