27、为管理决策层对重大事项进行科学决策。第二层为管理指挥层以饮食公司经理全面负责的指挥中心负责对三个校区工作进行指挥和协调。第三次层为具体实施层管理人员和各承包班组负责日常具体工作的管理和操作。 另外设有学院督导处、总务处、工会生活部、学生会生活部组成的横向监督检查网络定期对食堂的饭菜质量、卫生规范、师生满意度进行检查抽查和调研调查。对出现的问题和满意率情况及时通报责成各食堂及时制订针对性措施抓紧整改奖优罚劣。 在这种立体化的管理模式下分工明确脉络分明环环相扣使后勤工作不仅仅停留在单一的服务层面上也从另一个侧面起到管理育人的作用将饮食卫生安全管理水平提升到了一个新的高度。 ,三,讲持续 抓落实 夯
