朝乾夕惕严格管理确保高校食堂饮食安全

平顶山工业职业技术学院~是中国平煤神马集团主办的全日制普通高等专科学校~占地1454亩~教职工1021人~各类在校生2万余人。
先后被命名为全国文明单位、国家首批示范性高职院校、全国高校毕业生就业工作先进集体。
多年来~平职学院在上级主管部门的关心支持下~后勤服务总公司全体员工团结一心~扎实工作~推动了饮食各项工作的顺利开展~取得了一定的工作成效~实现了安全卫生无事故。
具体做法有以下几点:
一、高度重视,加强领导
近年来~在学院党政的领导下~后勤改革稳步发展~学校后勤管理体制和运行机制逐步向着更加适应高等教育事业和社会主义市场经济发展方向转变~饮食公司运行效果、服务能力和服务质量有了新的提升~为维护学校稳定做出了积极贡献。

一,讲政治~敢担当~高度重视饮食安全卫生工作
民以食为天~食以安为先:
党和国家历来重视食品安全~并先后出台了一系列食品安全类法律法规。
为全面贯彻落实食品安全法律法规~营造安全卫生饮食环境~平职学院站在讲政治、讲大局的高度~认真对待饮食安全卫生工作。
学院主要领导多次在班子会、专题会上研究讨论饮食安全卫生工作。
主要领导和主管领导多次就饮食安全卫生工作作出指示~强调:
要始终高度重视饮食服务质量安全工作~继续完善行业产品质量安全标准体系~着力加强产品质量安全研究工作~并抓紧制定一批具有针对性的饮食卫生安全标准。
饮食公司各校区都要站在讲政治、讲责任、讲大局的高度~认真贯彻落实国务院的有关指示精神~为质量安全工作提供坚强有力的组织保障。
任何时候对食品质量安全工作都不能掉以轻心~每个环节都要做到“四有”~即有标准、有人管、有检查、有奖惩~切实把产品质量安全工作落到实处~排除各种食品卫生安全隐患~为广大师生就餐提供安全保障。
二,讲服务~重育人~搭建饮食安全卫生管理网络
我们在饮食工作中全面贯彻“管理育人”、“服务育人”的原则~从学院发展出发~以学院利益为重~以“一切服务于教学、让全体师生满意”为工作目标~确保教育教学工作的正常运转。

全卫生管理网络。
强化内部管理~责任到人~以点带面~实施分层次管理。
第一层后勤总支书记代表学院为管理决策层~对重大事项进行科学决策。
第二层为管理指挥层~以饮食公司经理全面负责的指挥中心~负责对三个校区工作进行指挥和协调。
第三次层为具体实施层~管理人员和各承包班组负责日常具体工作的管理和操作。
另外~设有学院督导处、总务处、工会生活部、学生会生活部组成的横向监督检查网络~定期对食堂的饭菜质量、卫生规范、师生满意度进行检查抽查和调研调查。
对出现的问题和满意率情况及时通报~责成各食堂及时制订针对性措施~抓紧整改~奖优罚劣。
在这种立体化的管理模式下分工明确~脉络分明~环环相扣~使后勤工作不仅仅停留在单一的服务层面上~也从另一个侧面起到管理育人的作用~将饮食卫生安全管理水平提升到了一个新的高度。
三,讲持续抓落实夯实饮食卫生安全基础管理
为确保学校师生饮食安全和食品卫生~饮食公司定期召开各校区各食堂管理员会议~传达学习上级有关文件精神~并加强对食堂卫生检查的力度~特别是对各食堂“仓库”进行专项的检查~从源头抓起~确保各类食品原材料的质量~并将各食堂检查情况记录在案~发现问题立即通知校区食堂主要负责人~及时进行整改纠正。
