7、use by the service, (eg: specific service account, mail list owner) Set-up and maintenance of services user accounts, (ie: users and groups not maintained within the existing domain) Customised error and configuration messages Individual file and directory access restrictions (especially access to e

8、xecutable utilities and private data files) Examples of documents, used to provide assistance to users include: Mail shots and individual correspondence via hardcopy and email; technical support requests; web pages, etc. In all cases, you are required to work on three levels: 1. The configuration an

9、d maintenance of the service. 2. The provision and awareness of the service to users. 3. Interaction with management regarding the set-up of and reporting from the service.
