1、战友情深珍视美好的战友情谊战友情深珍视美好的战友情谊战友情深珍视美好的战友情谊 学员17队 李旭东 近几年来社会上发生了很多“门”事件什么“艳门”、“”等等皆是因为某个事件而引起了很大社会舆论。其实在我们队也发生了一个引起大家热烈讨论的事情姑且看做是 “站岗门”事件。起因是这样的:前些天原本很和谐的一个班级因为岗哨问题发生了争执不是因为要抢着站岗而是相互推脱有的说已经站过了有的说生病了有的说有事情须急办甚至发生了口角本来很好的战友关系最后搞得像敌对势力一样。由此我在想我们一起培养了两年的战友情谊就这么不堪一击吗,还是我们根本就不懂得珍惜战友情谊: 一声“战友”。多亲切的称呼道出了只有军人之间才

2、能产生的那种亲如兄弟、生死与共的特殊情感为了同一个目标同吃一锅饭同睡一张床同举一杆枪。无论走到哪里身在何方一声“战友”的呼唤都会让你心中涌出一股暖流让你回忆起那豪情似火的军旅岁月。 作为我们学员17队191名同志我们一起生活了近两年我们既是战友关系又是同学关系那么我们相互建立良好的情谊了吗,我们如何维护战友情谊呢, 【图表】 the direct punishment 0.5-10,000 yuan, responsible for the direct responsibility for the accident and the responsibility of leadership,

9、6%的同志有了问题不找领导找老乡等等。 那么是什么原因导致这些问题和想法呢,让我们一起来探讨本课的第一个问题: 一、当前影响战友情谊的“病根” 经过认真调查梳理我感到当前影响战友情谊的“病根”主要有以下几个方面: 一是个性张扬自以为是失谦逊。毋庸臵疑“90”后的战士文化程度明显提高认识问题见解独到但极少数同志也存在个性张扬、自我为主等问题。比如我们上届毕业学员*是个城市兵独生子家庭条件比较优越入校后时常空有抱负、自以为是工作中总是挑三捡四、评头论足什么都想干可又什么都没干成,什么都想学但又什么都没学会还总感觉比别人高一头看不起别人看不惯农村学员结果在校两年空有想法没做法孤芳自赏没人理工作没成绩

17、空。如果我们相互之间都胸怀坦荡一点迁就忍让一点不那么斤斤计较结果就不会发生这样的问题。【两个战士头像发火准备打架的态势】 三是嫉妒攀比恶语伤人生隔阂。我们有的同志对利益的追求比较盲目不比能力比资力不比成绩比奖励不比本领比关系看别人进步就眼红看别人受表扬心里就不平衡看别人拿了荣誉就恶意诋毁对身边进步较快、取得荣誉较多的战友猜疑嫉妒乱发议论最终即伤害了对方感情又产生了隔阂。【红着眼睛指着得奖的人说他你凭关系拿到的】 四是思想庸俗亲疏有别丢原则。个别同志喜欢投机钻营工作中不是脚踏实地而是经常揣摩领导喜好想着如何跟班长骨干搞好关系,个别骨干思想庸俗习惯以地域讲亲疏以贫富论英雄以乡音分远近。不搞五湖四海

25、能还不是很全面但也基本能够号准脉膊至于其余原因就留给大家去思考。 千里之堤溃于蚁穴。既然发现了这么多“病根”我们该不该及时“治疗”呢,请跟我进入第二个问题: 二、如何调制团结友爱的“良药” 讲这个问题前首先请大家利用一分钟时间思考以下几个问题:当战友有了成绩和进步时你会感到高兴给他送去赞扬和祝贺吗,当战友有了缺点和错误时你会及时指出并帮助改正吗,当战友遇到困难和挫折时你会伸出援助之手与他一道度过难关吗,当战友生病时你会第一个出现在病床前给予无微不至的关爱吗,如果没有做到这些这就说明我们的战友情谊还不是很到位需要以下四剂“良药”来调制。 第一剂良药:众人划桨开大船。【板书】 【板书】【板书】【歌
