近几年来～社会上发生了很多“门”事件～什么“艳门”、“”等等～皆是因为某个事件而引起了很大社会舆论。

其实在我们队～也发生了一个引起大家热烈讨论的事情～姑且看做是“站岗门”事件。

起因是这样的:

前些天～原本很和谐的一个班级～因为岗哨问题发生了争执～不是因为要抢着站岗～而是相互推脱～有的说已经站过了～有的说生病了～有的说有事情～须急办～甚至发生了口角～本来很好的战友关系～最后搞得像敌对势力一样。

由此～我在想～我们一起培养了两年的战友情谊就这么不堪一击吗,还是我们根本就不懂得珍惜战友情谊:

一声“战—友”。

多亲切的称呼～道出了只有军人之间才能产生的那种亲如兄弟、生死与共的特殊情感～为了同一个目标～同吃一锅饭～同睡一张床～同举一杆枪。

无论走到哪里～身在何方～一声“战友”的呼唤～都会让你心中涌出一股暖流～让你回忆起那豪情似火的军旅岁月。

作为我们学员17队191名同志～我们一起生活了近两年～我们既是战友关系～又是同学关系～那么～我们相互建立良好的情谊了吗,我们如何维护战友情谊呢,

就这些问题我们前期做了一个调查:

虽然90%的同志反应在队里心情舒畅～相互之间团结和睦,但也有4%的同志感到部队缺乏温情、较为孤独～5%的同志有话闷在心里不愿跟身边的战友倾述～3%的同志不善交往～人际关系紧张～6%的同志有了问题不找领导找老乡～等等。

那么～是什么原因导致这些问题和想法呢,让我们一起来探讨本课的第一个问题:

一、当前影响战友情谊的“病根”

经过认真调查梳理～我感到当前影响战友情谊的“病根”主要有以下几个方面:

一是个性张扬～自以为是失谦逊。

毋庸臵疑～“90”后的战士文化程度明显提高～认识问题见解独到～但极少数同志也存在个性张扬、自我为主等问题。

比如我们上届毕业学员***～是个城市兵～独生子～家庭条件比较优越～入校后～时常空有抱负、自以为是～工作中总是挑三捡四、评头论足～什么都想干可又什么都没干成,什么都想学～但又什么都没学会～还总感觉比别人高一头～看不起别人～看不惯农村学员～结果在校两年～空有想法没做法～孤芳自赏没人理～工作没成绩～朋友没交到～战友又疏远。

这就是好高骛远～眼高手低导致的后果。

二是心胸狭窄～斤斤计较缺气度。

个遥控板,工作稍微多干一点～就说怪话,骨干管理力度大了一点～就叫苦喊累,两个班打扫卫生因为界线问题而发生争执～差点发生肢体冲突～这些现象～虽说没有造成严重后果～但却影响了战友间的情谊。

俗话说～退一步～海阔天空。

如果我们相互之间都胸怀坦荡一点～迁就忍让一点～不那么斤斤计较～结果就不会发生这样的问题。

三是嫉妒攀比～恶语伤人生隔阂。

我们有的同志对利益的追求比较盲目～不比能力比资力～不比成绩比奖励～不比本领比关系～看别人进步就眼红～看别人受表扬心里就不平衡～看别人拿了荣誉就恶意诋毁～对身边进步较快、取得荣誉较多的战友～猜疑嫉妒～乱发议论～最终即伤害了对方感情～又产生了隔阂。

四是思想庸俗～亲疏有别丢原则。

个别同志喜欢投机钻营～工作中不是脚踏实地～而是经常揣摩领导喜好～想着如何跟班长骨干搞好关系,个别骨干思想庸俗～习惯以地域讲亲疏～以贫富论英雄～以乡音分远近。

不搞五湖四海～而是有亲有疏～无原则地为同乡开绿灯～为亲朋搞照顾～最终扰乱了连队风气～导致官兵不满～影响了相互之间的纯真友谊。

五是工作急躁～缺乏关爱积怨气。

虽然士官骨干责任心越来越强～但必须承认～部分骨干工作急躁、方法欠缺～对犯错误的同志不是苦口婆心、关心帮助～而是过多地批评训斥～结果不仅不能提高工作效率～反而适得其反。

矛盾,有的骨干对部属冷暖疾苦关心不够～这样势必让战士产生怨气～工作中被动应付～这样能团结得了吗,【班长从口中重复出现各种字母的内容】

以上几种“病根”可能还不是很全面～但也基本能够号准脉膊～至于其余原因～就留给大家去思考。

千里之堤～溃于蚁穴。

既然发现了这么多“病根”～我们该不该及时“治疗”呢,请跟我进入第二个问题:

二、如何调制团结友爱的“良药”

讲这个问题前～首先请大家利用一分钟时间思考以下几个问题:

当战友有了成绩和进步时～你会感到高兴～给他送去赞扬和祝贺吗,当战友有了缺点和错误时～你会及时指出并帮助改正吗,当战友遇到困难和挫折时～你会伸出援助之手～与他一道度过难关吗,当战友生病时～你会第一个出现在病床前～给予无微不至的关爱吗,如果没有做到这些～这就说明我们的战友情谊还不是很到位～需要以下四剂“良药”来调制。

第一剂良药:

众人划桨开大船。
