The motor through belt and flywheel d
3、rives the eccentric shaft to rotate, and the eccentric shaft will drive the moving jaw to move at a regular track. In this way, the materials in the crushing cavity can be crushed and then discharged from the discharge opening.Frame: we have two kinds of frame, one is jointing, and another one is st
4、eel cast. The fixed jaw plate fastened by wedge-shaped check plate is installed to the front of the frame. The upper and lower cheek plates are installed at the right and left side of the frame to protect wall of the frame.Moving jaw: As showed as fig 二、5, the moving jaw is made of cast steel, movab
5、le jaw plate is fastened to the front of the moving jaw by bolt. Assembly consisting of bearing, cover, eccentric shaft is installed to the upper part of it. The lower part of it is connected with frame through toggle plate, drawback rod and spring etc.Toggle plate: it is made of accurate cast iron.
6、 It is installed in middle of the adjust base and mainframe. Its not only the component that spreads the strength, but also the insurance part of the crusher. The toggle plate will broke up first to protect other parts as a result of overload, when some unbreakable materials get into the crusher, ca
7、uses overload for an instant.Adjustment set: it is used to adjust the discharge opening. We have two ways to do it. One is to loosen wedge bolt and move wedge up and down, then make the adjusting base move for adjusting.Another one is to put in or take out several adjusting spacers to make the adjus
8、ting base move for adjusting. The fixed and movable jaw plates with teeth are both made of manganese steel. The fixed jaw plate is installed to the front of frame, and the movable jaw plate is fastened to the moving jaw. They are designed symmetrically, so if one end of them is frayed, another end a

Installation, Debugging and Trial Operation When your equipment arrives, it should be checked immediately according to packing list to see that all components have been received and that there is no evidence of damage in shipment. These steps mentioned below should be noticed:Becau
11、se the machine vibrates heavily during operation, it should be installed on the concrete base. In order to reduce vibration, when installing the equipment, its better to put a rubber belt or wooden block between the crusher and the concrete base as a cushion material. The height, depth and area of t
12、he concrete base should be calculated according to condition of the earth. Installing size of the machine refer to the foundation diagram. Discharge tank in concrete base is in a right position to be sure the moving jaw is free to move. Put some metal plates on the walls of discharge tank, and those
13、 metal plates should be placed in a certain angle to make sure the materials can be discharged smoothly. The discharge mouth size should be adjusted to meet the requirement of customers. We have two ways for adjusting. One is to use wedge to adjust. First unscrew the drawback pod nut, then unclamp t
14、he spring, loosen the wedge bolt, adjust the height of the wedge bolt and get discharging opening required. Also we use two wedges for adjusting. You must make sure two wedges are parallel, if either of them is declining, the load on them is not even, and it will damage other parts. Another one is u
15、se spacer to adjust. Loosen the wedge bolt, wedge, adjusting base and spring, the tip bolt push the adjusting base back, put in or take out several spacers, then fasten the tip bolt, wedge, wedge bolt, and adjusting base to finish adjusting. The spring needs some pre-force to prevent the toggle plat
16、e from falling. But the force should not be too big, just big enough to eliminate the striking noise between parts. The crusher should run for more than 2 hours without load after installation and adjustment. The temperature of the bearings cant exceed 70. Check to be sure all the nuts and bolts are
17、 tight, then take a trial run with load and recheck to be sure all the fasteners are tight. Operation: You should read and understand each of operating rules well, and follow them strictly. Operating the crusher properly is a key factor to keep the crusher working all the time, even in bad condition
18、. 1. Pre-operation check: Check to be sure there are no ores or other materials under the discharge mouth before start-up. Check and adjust the belt tension. If there is oil on the belt or belt pulley, wipe it off with clean rag. Check to be sure all the fasteners are tight, especially for foundatio
19、n bolts of the crusher and motor bolt. Add new oil to all the parts which need lubricating as required. Check if the protection device is installed well. If there are any unsafe elements, solve it immediately. 2. The start-up: Start the crusher if all the parts and the lubrication system are in good
20、 condition. If any abnormal phenomenon appears, stop the crusher immediately, check and solve the problems, then restart the crusher. 3. Operation: Feed the crusher evenly to avoid overfeeding. Materials fed to the crushing cavity should be three quarters full of crushing cavity at least. Use steel
21、stock or hook to arrange the raw materials in the crushing cavity, take out those materials which are too big. Dont use hammer to break them. Bearing to be lubricated as required. Avoid overheating, and the temperature of bearing cant exceed 60. Motor cant be switched off until give a sign to stop f
22、eeding, and make sure the materials in the crushing cavity are all discharged. During operating, if there are some problem and unusual noises, check and solve it referring to troubleshooting listed below. After stopping machine, clean the machine and take out the rest of the material in the crushing
23、 cavity. LubricationA sound greasing procedure should be followed. The machine should be oiled regularly to reduce abrasion and prolong life. If you want to repair it by weld
26、ing after rough abrasion, it is permissible that the max abrasion is two thirds of height of the jaw plate tooth. If you want to replace it instead of repairing, the teeth wear to 8mm height at most.The jaw plate is designed symmetrically, so if one end is frayed, this end is rotated 180, another en
27、d also can be used.Fixed jaw plate abrasion is concentrated on the lower position. Movable jaw plate abrasion is concentrated on the middle position. Usually fixed jaw plate wear more rapidly than movable jaw plate. When fixed jaw plate is loose, you can fasten it by using a sledge to strike the upp
28、er check plate, but you cant strike it directly, a wooden block should be placed on it before striking. There should be 8mm gap between the upper and lower cheek plate after finishing striking. If you have no other ways to keep 8mm gap, the upper cheek plate can be shortened. If the fixed jaw plate
29、cant be fastened by striking the upper cheek plate. The possible cause is that it is declining, and its side surface is not even. In this case, use grinding wheel to repair it until its even. The jaw plate is made of ZGmn13 manganese steel, after heat treatment, it will cause slight bending. It is p
30、ermissible in making if the bending is within acceptable levels according to technical requirement. When the jaw plate with slight bending is fastened to the crusher, it cant contact with the support face closely due to bending. This situation often occurs in the middle part of the jaw plate. Accord
31、ing to our experience, using the bending jaw plate will reduce productive efficiency. Because Moving distance of moving jaw is not as long as normal, after the shaft rotates 360 degree, the deformation causes extra consumption. So we should have some ways to prevent the jaw plate from deformation. W
32、hen install the jaw plate, we have several ways to make the jaw plate contact with support face closely. It can be filled with lead, some metal easy to melt like zinc or cement mortar between the jaw plate and support face. When the crusher runs without loan, there should be no noise. Too much striking noise indicates the fasteners are not tight enough. We must think some ways to eliminate it. 图一:1、fr
