Workingprinciplesandstructure:

Thecrusherismainlymadeofframe、movingjaw、eccentricshaft、toothplate、toggleplateandadjustmentsetetc（seefig一、二、3、4）.

Themotorthroughbeltandflywheeldrivestheeccentricshafttorotate,andtheeccentricshaftwilldrivethemovingjawtomoveataregulartrack.Inthisway,thematerialsinthecrushingcavitycanbecrushedandthendischargedfromthedischargeopening.

Frame:

wehavetwokindsofframe,oneisjointing,andanotheroneissteelcast.Thefixedjawplatefastenedbywedge-shapedcheckplateisinstalledtothefrontoftheframe.Theupperandlowercheekplatesareinstalledattherightandleftsideoftheframetoprotectwalloftheframe.

Movingjaw:

Asshowedasfig二、5,themovingjawismadeofcaststeel,movablejawplateisfastenedtothefrontofthemovingjawbybolt.Assemblyconsistingofbearing,cover,eccentricshaftisinstalledtotheupperpartofit.Thelowerpartofitisconnectedwithframethroughtoggleplate,drawbackrodandspringetc.

Toggleplate:

itismadeofaccuratecastiron.Itisinstalledinmiddleoftheadjustbaseandmainframe.It’snotonlythecomponentthatspreadsthestrength,butalsotheinsurancepartofthecrusher.Thetoggleplatewillbrokeupfirsttoprotectotherpartsasaresultofoverload,whensomeunbreakablematerialsgetintothecrusher,causesoverloadforaninstant.

Adjustmentset:

itisusedtoadjustthedischargeopening.Wehavetwowaystodoit.Oneistoloosenwedgeboltandmovewedgeupanddown,thenmaketheadjustingbasemoveforadjusting.

Anotheroneistoputinortakeoutseveraladjustingspacerstomaketheadjustingbasemoveforadjusting.

Thefixedandmovablejawplateswithteetharebothmadeofmanganesesteel.Thefixedjawplateisinstalledtothefrontofframe,andthemovablejawplateisfastenedtothemovingjaw.Theyaredesignedsymmetrically,soifoneendofthemisfrayed,anotherendalsocanbeused.

Installation,DebuggingandTrialOperation

Whenyourequipmentarrives,itshouldbecheckedimmediatelyaccordingtopackinglisttoseethatallcomponentshavebeenreceivedandthatthereisnoevidenceofdamageinshipment.

Thesestepsmentionedbelowshouldbenoticed:

Becausethemachinevibratesheavilyduringoperation,itshouldbeinstalledontheconcretebase.Inordertoreducevibration,wheninstallingtheequipment,it’sbettertoputarubberbeltorwoodenblockbetweenthecrusherandtheconcretebaseasacushionmaterial.

Theheight,depthandareaoftheconcretebaseshouldbecalculatedaccordingtoconditionoftheearth.Installingsizeofthemachinerefertothefoundationdiagram.

Dischargetankinconcretebaseisinarightpositiontobesurethemovingjawisfreetomove.Putsomemetalplatesonthewallsofdischargetank,andthosemetalplatesshouldbeplacedinacertainangletomakesurethematerialscanbedischargedsmoothly.

Thedischargemouthsizeshouldbeadjustedtomeettherequirementofcustomers.Wehavetwowaysforadjusting.

Oneistousewedgetoadjust.Firstunscrewthedrawbackpodnut,thenunclampthespring,loosenthewedgebolt,adjusttheheightofthewedgeboltandgetdischargingopeningrequired.

Alsoweusetwowedgesforadjusting.Youmustmakesuretwowedgesareparallel,ifeitherofthemisdeclining,theloadonthemisnoteven,anditwilldamageotherparts.

Anotheroneisusespacertoadjust.Loosenthewedgebolt,wedge,adjustingbaseandspring,thetipboltpushtheadjustingbaseback,putinortakeoutseveralspacers,thenfastenthetipbolt,wedge,wedgebolt,andadjustingbasetofinishadjusting.Thespringneedssomepre-forcetopreventthetoggleplatefromfalling.Buttheforceshouldnotbetoobig,justbigenoughtoeliminatethestrikingnoisebetweenparts.

Thecrushershouldrunformorethan2hourswithoutloadafterinstallationandadjustment.Thetemperatureofthebearingscan’texceed70℃.Checktobesureallthenutsandboltsaretight,thentakeatrialrunwithloadandrechecktobesureallthefastenersaretight.

Operation:

Youshouldreadandunderstandeachofoperatingruleswell,andfollowthemstrictly.Operatingthecrusherproperlyisakeyfactortokeepthecrusherworkingallthetime,eveninbadcondition.

1.Pre-operationcheck:

Checktobesuretherearenooresorothermaterialsunderthedischargemouthbeforestart-up.

Checkandadjustthebelttension.Ifthereisoilonthebeltorbeltpulley,wipeitoffwithcleanrag.

Checktobesureallthefastenersaretight,especiallyforfoundationboltsofthecrusherandmotorbolt.

Addnewoiltoallthepartswhichneedlubricatingasrequired.

Checkiftheprotectiondeviceisinstalledwell.Ifthereareanyunsafeelements,solveitimmediately.

2.Thestart-up:

Startthecrusherifallthepartsandthelubricationsystemareingoodcondition.Ifanyabnormalphenomenonappears,stopthecrusherimmediately,checkandsolvetheproblems,thenrestartthecrusher.

3.Operation:

Feedthecrusherevenlytoavoidoverfeeding.Materialsfedtothecrushingcavityshouldbethreequartersfullofcrushingcavityatleast.

Usesteelstockorhooktoarrangetherawmaterialsinthecrushingcavity,takeoutthosematerialswhicharetoobig.Don’tusehammertobreakthem.

Bearingtobelubricatedasrequired.Avoidoverheating,andthetemperatureofbearingcan’texceed60℃.

Motorcan’tbeswitchedoffuntilgiveasigntostopfeeding,andmakesurethematerialsinthecrushingcavityarealldischarged.

Duringoperating,iftherearesomeproblemandunusualnoises,checkandsolveitreferringtotroubleshootinglistedbelow.

Afterstoppingmachine,cleanthemachineandtakeouttherestofthematerialinthecrushingcavity.

Lubrication

Asoundgreasingprocedureshouldbefollowed.Themachineshouldbeoiledregularlytoreduceabrasionandprolonglife.

Maintenance:

Operatingthecrusherinarightwaycanprolongitslife.

Thejawplateismadeofmanganesesteel.Ifyouwanttorepairitbyweldingafterroughabrasion,itispermissiblethatthemaxabrasionistwothirdsofheightofthejawplatetooth.Ifyouwanttoreplaceitinsteadofrepairing,theteethwearto8mmheightatmost.

Thejawplateisdesignedsymmetrically,soifoneendisfrayed,thisendisrotated180°,anotherendalsocanbeused.

Fixedjawplateabrasionisconcentratedonthelowerposition.Movablejawplateabrasionisconcentratedonthemiddleposition.Usuallyfixedjawplatewearmorerapidlythanmovablejawplate.

Whenfixedjawplateisloose,youcanfastenitbyusingasledgetostriketheuppercheckplate,butyoucan’tstrikeitdirectly,awoodenblockshouldbeplacedonitbeforestriking.Thereshouldbe8mmgapbetweentheupperandlowercheekplateafterfinishingstriking.Ifyouhavenootherwaystokeep8mmgap,theuppercheekplatecanbeshortened.

Ifthefixedjawplatecan’tbefastenedbystrikingtheuppercheekplate.Thepossiblecauseisthatitisdeclining,anditssidesurfaceisnoteven.Inthiscase,usegrindingwheeltorepairituntilit’seven.

ThejawplateismadeofZGmn13manganesesteel,afterheattreatment,itwillcauseslightbending.Itispermissibleinmakingifthebendingiswithinacceptablelevelsaccordingtotechnicalrequirement.

Whenthejawplatewithslightbendingisfastenedtothecrusher,itcan’tcontactwiththesupportfacecloselyduetobending.Thissituationoftenoccursinthemiddlepartofthejawplate.

Accordingtoourexperience,usingthebendingjawplatewillreduceproductiveefficiency.BecauseMovingdistanceofmovingjawisnotaslongasnormal,aftertheshaftrotates360degree,thedeformationcausesextraconsumption.

Soweshouldhavesomewaystopreventthejawplatefromdeformation.

Wheninstallthejawplate,wehaveseveralwaystomakethejawplatecontactwithsupportfaceclosely.Itcanbefilledwithlead,somemetaleasytomeltlikezincorcementmortarbetweenthejawplateandsupportface.

Whenthecrusherrunswithoutloan,thereshouldbenonoise.Toomuchstrikingnoiseindicatesthefastenersarenottightenough.Wemustthinksomewaystoeliminateit.
