Introduction Temporary facility construction as the first stage the Company enters into IIP is of significance, for which this Plan is prepared to apply permanent work construction requirement to this temporary facility. 1、 Temporar

3、y Facility consists of the following: A、 Construction of a Office Building 36M15M, with the following detailed specifications:、Independent Foundation footing 400400250,14 pieces.、Concrete Ground Flooring, C15,THK120, with cushion of crushed stone, THK80, and 2 Epoxy Coatings on Floor 、Superstructure

4、 will be of light gauged steel structure. Column and roof truss will be fabricated by 20# C-Shaped Steel. Purlin will be of 14# C-shaped Steel, with span of 15m (C-shaped Steel, 2 anti-corrosion under coatings and 2 top coatings). Enclosure system will be of cladding panel(Roof Panel will be 100MM T

5、HK, External Wall 75MM, Internal Wall and overhanging eave 50MM), with steel sheeting THK 0.3MM. (TC will provide Team IIP detailed DWG for approval prior to construction.) 、False ceiling will be of light gauged steel frame work, with Gypsum ceiling panel(Armstrong ) 、Steel window with plastic coati

6、ng and steel panel door B、 Construction of a Warehouse Building 42M30M(2 spans, 15m for each span), with the following detailed specifications:1、 Independent Footings 400400250, 16 pieces and 700700250, 8 pieces.2、 Concrete Ground Flooring, C15,THK100, with cushion of crushed stone, THK80.3、 Superst

7、ructure will be of light gauged steel structure. Side column and roof truss will be fabricated by 20# C-shaped Steel. Central Column will be fabricated by 25# C-shaped Steel. Purlin will be of 14# C-shaped Steel, with span of 15m (C-shaped Steel, 2 anti-corrosion under coatings and 2 top coatings).

8、Enclosure system will be of steel sheeting. Wall purlin will be of 12# C-shaped Steel (including roof panel and wall panel. Overhanging eaves panel will be 50MM THK), with steel sheeting THK 0.5MM. 12、l generator, as well as power distribution panel for lighting power and construction power distribution. Power distribution panel will be properly earthed. The feeder will be of 3-phase-5-line system. Office building will be provided with 2 lighting panels, for indoor lighting and power outlet. Ligh

13、ting fixture will be built-in grating fluorescent, with grouping control. (For details, see lighting power distribution Diagraph). II. Construction Preparati

15、on TC will, as per TEAM IIPs regulation, provide a full time experienced and qualified safety supervisor for every 30 workers, for proper safety management.Construction equipment and tools will be prepared including: temporary power supply and distribution, crane, welder, lifting cage and other appr

16、opriate and qualified facilities, tools and devices. All tools and equipment shall, before brought into site, be fully inspected. Detailed record shall be established for these qualified equipment. Construction tools and equipment shall be inspected and approved by attaching certificate tag by Team

17、IIP before moved into site. Equipment operators shall receive training and familiarize equipment performance, operation and safety technology. Operators shall have Certificate for Operation (or Copy) at any time. IV. Work Sequence Temporary Facility construction will be divided into the following 2

18、stages: Stage one: Office Building. Foundation and Flooring will be from Oct 18, 2004 to Oct 26, 2004. Structural steel prefabrication will be from Oct 18, 2004 to Oct 28, 2004. Steel erection is scheduled to start on Oct 31, 2004 and finish on Nov 8, 2004. Stage two: Workshop and Warehouse. Foundat

19、ion and Flooring will be from Nov 6, 2004 to Nov 20, 2004. Structural steel prefabrication will be from Nov 8, 2004 to Nov 18, 2004. Steel erection is scheduled to start on Nov 15, 2004 and finish on Nov 29, 2004.V. Construction Method and Technical Specification Survey the area that Team IIP grante

20、d to establish the temporary facility and make site preparation by bulldozer. Steel pipe stake will be set up for every 2m at peripheral for fencing establishment. For limited concrete work, ready mixed concrete will be cumbersome to use. An appropriate area will be selected for manual concrete mixi

21、ng. Ready mixed concrete, approved by Team IIP, will be used for later large concrete pouring. Scaffolding shall be properly established for any erection work at

23、elevation over 2m. Steel fitter shall properly use harness by attaching the hook to a firm and reliable object. VI. Quality ManagementQuality RequirementAMake preparations for construction in accordance with requirements (1) Give safety and technology orientation before construction; (2) Propose qua

24、lity inspection points and submit to IIP and owner to review and approve. Reinforce the management of special discipline and inspect the quality control points during the construction preparation stage. B. Control on the course of construction (1) Reinforce the management of material, semi-finish an

25、d equipments; disqualified material and equipments shall not enter the site; material at site shall be classified by tagging and stacked in order. (2). Strengthen the organization and coordination at site and ensure the instruction is implemented immediately. (3). Reinforce supervision and inspectio

26、n over construction teams to ensure qualified work is done for the sake of project quality. (4). Reinforce the management and control of work sequence to implement quality pre-control. To proceed to subsequent work sequence after previous work is completed. Perform strictly three-level ABC quality c

27、ontrol points to confirm inspection work and ensure joint-inspection progress smoothly. (5). Site environment in accordance with requirements. (6).Fill out quality records in accordance with relevant regulations and criterion and keep them exact and clear, quality records shall be filled by inspecto

28、r and reviewed by quality engineer. (7).The management of site equipments and measurement equipments shall be implemented as per relevant provisions.C. The quality control of post constructionInspect carefully and review construction work before the completion and ensure proper handover.D. Inspectio

29、n and test1.Inspect and test all work having been done on site and off site, including material.2. Concrete test will be performed by qualified civil lab, as well as qualified NDE institute. 3. Only Inspection Institute with pertinent qualification certificate shall assume special test. 4.Supervisio

30、n and measurement of procedure quality control points: procedure quality control points including self-inspection, discipline inspection, covered work inspection, procedure handover inspection and joint inspection, etc. each inspection result shall be filled in the inspection record, prior to covere

31、d work and after the Hold Point(A),Witness Point(B)program finished, Company must review and approve to signature, then make covered work and shift to the next procedure.
